Great campaign management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Statis and Live segment creation on the fly and plug those segments into our campaigns and journeys.
Ability to use multiple channels to reach out to the user on the best-performing channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need more formats to be added in campaigns and plugging AI for content suggestions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given we have different lines of businesses and product lines, our biggest goal is to educate people about different product lines as soon as they become eligible for them. WebEngage allows us to reach out to these different customer segments with these comms at the right time and channel which improves our retention rate.

Nothing as such, however, there can be a few modifications made for cosmetic change of reports

What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting feature and expoting data could be a little bit diggicult in the first till you get used of it. Meanwhile thier support team can help you on this

Webengage enables us to effectively segment our audience and create personalized campaigns to them based on thier begaviour or based on our historical data.

We have been using using webengage from the past 5 months.The tool is user friendly It is helping us to derive the segments and target the users quickly. Surveys and Journey designing capabilities are really good. The Customers Success team was very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike as we are able to solve most our business use cases. There is scope to improve analytics/reporting features.

Using webengage we have automated most of the customer journey's, We now have one platform webengage where we can analyze and segment customers using offline and online transactions.

When properly utilized by a business, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the product surprises with its amazing analytics and customizable features tailored for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing at the moment. I only wish the CSM services were made mandatory during the initial 3-6 months.
