Support team is always ready to assist in any escalated issues.

There are some features which does not work properly like other tools, one of them is A/B test.

Webengage is helpful for us to automate the journeys which are in use on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. WebEngage Support is always active and available for us with fast response and fixes. It's easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. Also WebEngage is best suited for Marketing Automation but not for Customer Analytics. I wish to see it become more powerful in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use WebEngage for Growth, be it Activation or Retention. We use it as a CDP, Omnichannel Campaign Management, Creating Automated Journeys, Sending Daily Push Campaigns and Analytics. It has helped us in Identifying and Decreasing Drop Across Funnel, Increasing Conversions, Retaining and Engaging Users through Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEbgage is a great tool for the automation on client engagement and conversion. Built-in AI features are work really well and accurate too. The best part is creating a client Journey is very simple and easy and all channels of communication are available with N numbers of combination. The onboarding team team is really helpful. Overall experience is Good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Dislike but yes some suggestion.

1. Can reduce the AI analyzing time for new users' behavior under the Journey section which is approx 1 month currently.

2. Can figure out the solution for the Best channel for communication for new users.

3. Can Improve support TAT for the queries received on the Webengage portal.

4. Commercials may sound high for small businesses. Webengange can provide discounted rates for a year or half year for small enterprises.

For client awareness on our website , and analysing client data on our website for best conversion of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to understand and get around in.

Eisha and Yash stand out as really good customer success managers. I've experienced the not-so-great side of B2B SaaS support and I can say WE is doing a very good job with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be better. We need customisable dashboards, more accurate data fetching. Also email builder can be more UX friendly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting us send out mass emails without affecting our domains
Allows us to build and track emails from within the tool itself
Automating our user journey emails
Allows us to edit content and emails on the fly

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is the powerful tool for our company, as its allowing us to manage the events logging, tracking and the personalized push notifications (all in one platform). It also helps us to find and track the drop-offs by providing the multiple features.

1. We have the wenEngage integrated on the both our app and web platforms, when comes to the process of the integration, it hardly takes the 10 mins for both.

2. the platform's push notification flow allows us to send the both real-time and the delayed notification, with multiple features and high degree of the customizations.

3.We can use this to manage and run the ads without any other tool.

4. The most intersting part is, we can track the pattern of the users, so that we can solve the issue which is causing the drop towards the funnle.

Overall, all things are very good and simple so that anyone who is beginner or expert in marketing and data management can use this to upgrade the management and the solutions.

:The implementation process is straightforward. When I initially worked on the web version, it was remarkably simple—it took only about 5 minutes to go from setting it up to sending the first event and testing the push notification.

:I once encountered a CORS issue while adding an attribute to the user profile. I raised a ticket, and the customer support team resolved it the same day with detailed explaination of the issue and why its causing.

:Our company uses this tool every day to manage events and send push notifications to different groups. It makes it much easier for us to handle multiple offers and features in our product.

:Our product is available on both app and web platforms, and we’ve integrated WebEngage on both. Integrating the SDKs for the app and web was straightforward, and we had everything set up in under 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about WebEngage is the navigation in the dashboard UI. It's difficult to find things, and the page reloads with every action, which can be frustrating.
