What do you like best about the product?
the best part of webengage is thier automation and multiple ways to go back to left user and also notifying customer who visted our website or app

some cost is higher and upfront is big downside compare to other providers and for small business its burden when high charges for starting

Webengage's UI is very user friendly. It is simple to understand and start over.

If we can have channel wise report in more detail right away on the journey dashboard, rather going on each channel and clicking for the report.

We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. WebEngage Support is always active and available for us with fast response and fixes. It's easy to integrate and implement.

What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. Also WebEngage is best suited for Marketing Automation but not for Customer Analytics. I wish to see it become more powerful in

We primarily use WebEngage for Growth, be it Activation or Retention. We use it as a CDP, Omnichannel Campaign Management, Creating Automated Journeys, Sending Daily Push Campaigns and Analytics. It has helped us in Identifying and Decreasing Drop Across Funnel, Increasing Conversions, Retaining and Engaging Users through Campaigns.
