What do you like best about the product?
Easy configuration, strong with cloud native applications, full stack visibility, excellent for Root Cause Analysis

For the time beeing nothing there is no feature I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Instana is its excellent user interface. It's also incredibly useful that I can monitor details from multiple servers simultaneously, a feature I use frequently throughout the day. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding, and it's very easy to integrate into our projects. These are the main aspects I've found most valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I can't find anything to dislike about Instana given its wealth of features, the subscription price is a significant concern as it's currently too expensive for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor services and detect and track interactions in applications using microservice architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to monitor your microservices (on-premise and/or Cloud)
It also gives you recommendations on how to proceed to fix problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps one of the biggest problems is the poor marketing of this tool.
I see that it is a tool with a lot of potential (as long as it is used with Turbonomic)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically companies have hundreds of microservices. This tool helps monitor these microservices and notify you if any of them are not working well.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Instana is very easy to use and customer support is very good. It offers a lot of functions and User Interface is very good. Monitoring and tracking is very good
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Instana is a bit expensive. It requires a learning curve it requires experience to work on this. Setup can be improved

IBM Instana helps to identify the root cause of the issue and integration is very simple

What do you like best about the product?
Instana's paltform monitors applications automatically and provides real-time insights for DevOps. It helps improve performance, innovation, and risk management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from high pricing and a limited support for legact apps rest is fine. Platform is headed in right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Instana is a cool application for monitoring my complex applications. The insights are good to decide for our future planning of applications and resources for our cloud platforms. The monitoring by IBM Instana is real-time so that we can see our bottle necks and perform immediate actions if something is not in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the cost of the service is higher compared to other similar softwares in the market. The learning curve of IBM Instana is higher, where experienced persons only can effectively use the service. This service is exclusively built for some platforms where others find it difficult to perform certain task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IBM Instana for managing and monitoring my application performance. We identify the applications' bottlenecks in real-time and make necessary processes. The service also helps us identify the root cause of the issues and provides various insights around it. The correlation among the various complex components is handled by this service.

What do you like best about the product?
- The standout feature has to be the consistently responsive customer service. They are remaining attentive and helpful. It is reassuring they are there when you need them.
- Instana casts a wide net when it comes to monitoring. It is a versatile tool when it comes to monitoring. The break down of traffic and infrastructure that it does for you can really help you stay on top of your game.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It is hard not to notice a slowdown in innovation since the IBM acquisition. While stability is essential, we all carve fresh features and improvements.
- Instana offers a smorgasbord of monitoring capabilities. Some features shine, but others lag behind. It is a bit of a mixed bag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated anomaly detection done for us. It follows best practices and is done in an integrated way that would be difficult to accomplish on our own.

What do you like best about the product?
End-to-end tracing which pans across Frontend and Backend. To be able to identify 1 request through FE Web or Mobile app to gateway to downstream service gives a complete idea that what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
For web observability SDK, while the platform provides great insights like breakdown of latency's and tcp/ip handshake latency and other vitals, it misses out on giving a clear picture to identify total latency observed by the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, the end-to-end tracing for a request is a great help also Mobile and Website monitoring are great to see what is going on a user session level.
