Integration tool, requires good SF and Confluence setup for it to be powerful

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to have SF as your main source of truth on customers and make reporting easy by using confluence features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a third party app (extra cost). For it to be powerful and easy to use, you need a good setup in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in on CRM for all of our sales and marketing activities. From tracking, metrics, and reporting

Salesforce from Close and HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Creating reports and tracking the sales metrics you need to track is straightforward. We migrated from multiple CRM tools and it's been a smooth transition. It's easier than ever to find everything within a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our data wasn't migrated in correctly. It might not be a Salesforce thing, but a company thing. A lot that I dislike is just security permissions. Other than that, Salesforce has been great and easy to use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our issue of using multiple CRM's before transitioning into Salesforce because now multiple companies are under the same roof. This was a big struggle before we migrated.

Useful, but not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everything for a file, student, business, or school is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is pretty archaic. You cannot go to specific pages with one click. Rather, you have to keep scrolling on a file until you find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to email a student or business straight from the database is very beneficial. You don't have to go into another email browser to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
I have it all in one place, all the reports, all the leads, companies and the status of each. Easy to have control
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not user-friendly, the layout looks very old and you need many clicks in order to make an action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all my leads in one place, have reports on every stage of our sales cycle and be able to analyze all the information at once

LinkSquares-Salesforce Integration is a Great addition for our Sales Team!

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares Finalize integration with SalesForce makes it seamless for our sales team to access our contract templates in a way that is familiar to them. They can can go from template to signature and never have to leave SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to only select a certain type of contract to be able to feed back and forth into the Analyze part of LinkSquares from SalesForce. This would enable our team to only have sales contracts searchable rather than our entire repository of contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Sales Team be more efficient delivery and executing contracts without a ton of time from Legal on the administrative side.

Extremely robust platform

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Sales Cloud is a massively robust tool. I do like how it works well with our customer support salesforce product (SalesForce Service Cloud). It's nice having all of our teams be able to see everything that's going on with each of our customers for all of our products (implementation, SRM team, support, sales, product, and marketing)
What do you dislike about the product?
The SalesForce Sales Cloud is a little bit too robust. It's often difficult to navigate through all of the fields and functionality we don't need to ever use. Especially for our team (SMB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Service Cloud helps our BDR, AE, CX and Marketing Teams work together to forecast our pipeline and keep all of our customers organized. It's nice to be able to see activity (emails, phone calls, text messages, events) within an account and be able to see opportunities that haven't closed, that are lost and won. Without salesforce our Salesops team would be doing a lot of manual work for our commissions each month.

Good product, but reporting is difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. The dashboards are great in theory, and the reports are pretty easy to create if they're relatively standard. I like how it integrates with EVERYTHING.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't great. Creating a top 10 list with filters should not be so hard. It should also not be required to do on a dashboard. I've used a lot of tools and SF reporting for anything beyond basics is difficult. Group Sums are so difficult. Need expert training for basic excel skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF is giving us insight into our performance, who we're supporting, how much rev. we're bringing in and giving us valuable insights to continue improving and adding efficiency.

Helpful for documenting communication with accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it documents the emails that I sent to accounts. And it's helpful that the phone dial is connected to my Zoom account because it helps eliminate a little time since it starts to log a call for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the integration between Salesforce and Zoom worked for text messages. As of now, I have to copy the text I send into a log a call for an account in Salesforce. It would be nice if it used the phone number to also start creating a log a call option or an option similar to it. It would also be nice if I didn't have to reconnect it to my Gmail account every morning (as in logging into Salesforce).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud eliminates double entry for emails I send to accounts. It also helps when I log a call because Salesforce is also connected to my Zoom account, so I have fewer clicks to log a call.

Easy and efficient to use

What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to track and manage each of the consumers in a single location. Together with the Client Pipeline, we manage numerous contacts and keep track of the client's stages. The software tracks all mail interactions, including subscription talks, Minutes of Meeting discussions, and all other discussions, making it simple for the Account Managers to monitor the client's wellbeing. We have added a lot of custom fields to the default fields to track the client's various properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing problematic with Salesforce Essentials. Because Development can sometimes provide a lot of technology, Routine maintenance would call for an additional resource. Other than that, it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. it has benefitted every sector, and also it has been great involved every sale. this has benefitted every sector and industry by so far , and also easy to maintain

What do you like best about the product?
The best part would definitely be the insights and customer data. Another thing that I love about salesforce is it helps to automate a lot of services
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very user-friendly; only someone who has technical forefront or reads through the documentation will be able to understand it. Some people might hate this, but a good part of this is that it's very process driven
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was introduced to salesforce through WSO2 when we faced some limitations while integrating and managing services. It did help us resolve the same and did improve the performance of the system massively

If you want the best in class service then considering salesforce should be a good option
