What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud shines in its flexibility and depth. I love how customizable the platform is—everything from dashboards to automation flows can be tailored to fit our specific sales processes. The reporting capabilities are especially strong, allowing me to surface insights quickly and track performance in real time. The platform integrates smoothly with our other tools, and once you understand the system, it becomes a central hub for managing opportunities, forecasting, and day-to-day sales activities. It’s reliable, scalable, and built for teams that want full visibility into their pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the learning curve. Salesforce is extremely powerful, but that also means it can feel overwhelming for new users, especially without proper onboarding. Some features require multiple clicks or feel more complex than they need to be. Customization is great, but it often requires admin support, which can slow down changes. Pricing can also get expensive as you scale or add add-ons. Overall, the product is excellent, but it does require time, training, and internal resources to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us centralize all customer and opportunity data in one place, which significantly improves pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. It streamlines our sales process with automated tasks, reminders, and workflows, helping us stay organized and consistent in our follow-ups. The analytics tools give leadership actionable insights into performance trends, and the integrations reduce manual work by connecting our sales stack. Overall, it improves accountability, productivity, and decision-making across the team.

It is the one of best and the most popular cloud of salesforce which is easy to use and implement also solve a lot of business problem with its interesting features and also mostly used in salesforce.

The one thing I am not liking for it is that it is not add new features in sales cloud now a days

It is solving the business use cases mostly by its standard features and have to minimal custom as per requirement

I find it unclear when there are errors in making an opportunity in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Specifically, it can be difficult to determine which parts of the account require updates to successfully create an opportunity.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for organizing my book of business, tracking opportunities, and designating accounts, which streamlines account management and activity tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability and the underlying platform are huge strengths. We've been able to tailor the lead assignment rules, approval workflows (Flows), and user interfaces (Lightning) to perfectly match our complex enterprise sales methodology. Furthermore, the integration of Einstein AI (for scoring, predictive insights, and now conversational summaries) is moving the platform from a simple data entry tool to a proactive, intelligent sales assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main point of frustration is tye significant cost and licensing complexity. While the platform delivers immense value, the per-user subscription fees are high, and the price rapidly escalates when adding necessary features like advanced reporting.

Benefit: Sales Cloud enforces a standardized, repeatable sales process and requires all activities and deal stages to be logged in one place. This consistency provides managers with real-time, trustworthy data for forecasting, leading to a demonstrable increase in forecast accuracy and enabling better strategic decision-making.
