What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used salesforce sales cloud for online appointment scheduling. Here are its benefits to me:

Super robust for enterprise sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all of the CRM's that I've used, Salesforce has the most robust customizable features. There are many different integrations that can be utilized to help make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce takes an abnormally long time to load. There's a ton of information in it, which I understand. But I almost feel like it can architecturally be optimized to help make pages load faster. Sometimes if I'm updating a quote, it can take up to 30 to 45 seconds for a page to load.
The Search feature is also outdated. If you type in John Smith, instead of Johnn Smith, you won't find your contact.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive international sales team, which requires much customization. Having the information that lives inside Salesforce automatically be added to DocuSign Agreements is super useful. Makes things a lot easier than going back and forth and ensuring things are correct.
User friendly Functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
one of the best things I like about this is, its user-friendliness and add-ons according to our business requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
the sales force is Very Expensive compared to others, this is what I didn't like much about this, this cost will become unbearable to startups and nonprofit organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much useful to to Lead nurturing process in our organization
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool which out of the box can do a lot with minimal actual development, only through configuration. Like with most configuration based tools it makes certain choices about the way it represents data in the system but it also allows for customization with only a few button clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes being able to quickly make updates leads to expedient solutions means that not enough strategic thought goes into those changes. As long as you think through all of the implications of your changes, it shouldn't be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows for us to understand our sales pipeline and make informed, data based decisions instead of relying solely upon emails and tracking spreadsheets.
Steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I found the user creation to be fairly straight forward and simple and for someone who might have to create multiple accounts a day, it can allow me to be very efficient

Initially it took a while for me to work out how to actually use the UI properly and navigate to the places I needed

Time-consuming to fill out every detail and info needs AI to do it.

Salesforce Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM has one of the most user friendly data entry systems I've worked with. Training takes under a day. The Saleforce Trailblazer community is an asset to help answer questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature and setting up dashboards can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been able to assist in making sure that customers are managed, and follow-through is completed in a timely fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Salesforce as our sales reporting tool, which I liked as it was easy to track the sales process from a lead to a customer. Also, Salesforce integrates with your emails to track whether the customer opened them, which helps with follow-ups. The best part was the data you could pull from Salesforce to analyze sales forecasts and actuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce was a good sales tracking tool; however, it did not help with the start of a sales process which was sending out quotes and agreements to leads to convert them to customers. This would've enabled our sales team close the deal faster and on one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helped us track our sales process for our sales development representatives and sales consultants, and it enabled us document sales numbers, contacts and the process of closing the deal.

It is a good platform. It combines the circle of sales from the lead to the client.

It is a highly complex platform.
It takes a lot of time to use the platform entirely, and you can't do it without an outsource who will help you build it.
A lot of customization needs to be done before we can use everything.

The platform helps us to monitor our leads and our employees.
We can use the dashboards/reports from the platform in our meeting to see where we are and where we can be.
