What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the ability to create as intricate reporting for our marketing and sales teams as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sales Cloud is the sometimes complex interface, I wish it was more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us solve the problem of attribution for marketing, letting us know how our campaigning and events are impacting our sales organization.

Salescloud acts as a centralized place for all of our consumer data.

Can require a lot of customization and integration work to get what you need out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our consumer data is now stored in one place so we can feed data into marketing cloud and have more targeted communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to navigate and use once you have taken some training. It takes time to learn the intricacies but it's a powerful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of set up is tedious but once you get past it it's fine.

Some SFMC to SF system set ups are confusing.

Sales force provide cloud solutions which provide a new level of scalability and also a great flexibility where we can achieve our goals and streamline our process with great applications

There is nothing a lot about dislike but the main thing is sales force need to improve the customer support actually I was not faced that much challenges but I heard this from some of my knowns

I use for sales analytical and it helps me a lot for that where I can easily forecast my coming sales and also analyse my existing sales by employed check points.

Salesforce sales cloud is great in interaction for client and product and also it's support for third party integration solves the major problems we face in accounting.

Its support team is very slow and very less responsive , sometimes there are too much processes for resolving a tiny issue so this process need to be fast and responsive

We were facing issue in in Accounting regarding the integration so due to the salesforce sales cloud support to third party integration it resolved our problems

The response time of support team is very slow and client have to wait for the solution of their queries and also the process is bit slow and take time to loading

It is filling up the gap between the client and the product and providing the one platform for all queries of client and it help me to generate a lot of sales and opportunities

Salesforce is best crm and its sales cloud is best to manage business for sales and service like we can create leads, opportunities etc and using its functionality we can create various business processes, also to track the data we can create reports and dashboard in sales cloud

Although Salesforce sales cloud is good but the license cost for each user is quite high and apart from this there is no limitation

We have creating a whole solution for sales team to manage their sales data and track the revenue using reports and dashboard, it has increased the sales team performance and make it easier for them to track their revenue and achieve the target easily

What do you dislike about the product?
It's has not been advertised properly. Not many people are aware of this technology as it is very useful. Though a lot of info is present for learning in-depth concepts are not taught.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many useful cases in storing and processing data l. The platform provided is easy to use and free in most cases. The availability of the platform is also good.

What do you like best about the product?
Being the industry heavyweight, having salesforce means that almost any data you can think of can plug into it somehow. Which means that you can create a single view of the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
For the same reason, it can be hard to architect a Salesforce instance without it becoming bloated and staying meaningful. The other part is that it becomes very expensive once everyone starts using it

Salesforce solves the problem of having a single view of the customer to give them the best experience possible so they can buy more of your product and not churn
