Steep Learning Curve, Beneficial for Data & Interaction Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud particularly useful for tracking customer interactions, which greatly assists in managing leads and opportunities. It also helps us create an effective data repository, ensuring better control and organization of information, which positively impacts our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it was difficult to learn and took a few months to get used to Salesforce Sales Cloud. I also feel there is room for a better user experience, as indicated by my suggestion for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to create a data repository for managing leads and opportunities, facilitating tracking customer interactions effectively.
Excellent CRM with Great Partner Community, but Onboarding Is Complex
What do you like best about the product?
Best CRM system in its class. Possibility of partner community is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is overly complex and requires a significant amount of time. Additionally, I found that certain features are only compatible with standard objects, which can be limiting.

Keeping up with customer data to build strong relationship with customers

Sales cloud has great capabilities, we love the pipeline reporting.

I don’t think there is much. Nothing that comes to my mind.

Pipeline management. Lead conversion. Oppty handling.

Streamlines Account and Opportunity Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find the team functionality in Salesforce Sales Cloud to be very nice, enabling me to manage the overall opportunity lifecycle effectively. The platform’s simplicity and overall functionality are impressive, which makes me consider purchasing it again. Additionally, it helps streamline account and opportunity management.

I dislike the lack of intricate assignment rules or routing of the leads within the Salesforce platform, which often requires going outside the platform.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud to be incredibly useful in solving our data problems. It has been easy to set up and has effectively assisted my sales department for the last ten years. Due to its comprehensive utility, I would definitely consider purchasing it again.

I appreciate the extensive documentation available for Salesforce Sales Cloud, which was particularly helpful in overcoming setup challenges. The user interface is incredibly beneficial for following up with clients, making the process smoother and more efficient. Additionally, the complete Salesforce ecosystem is a compelling reason for considering repurchasing the software.

I found the setup process for Salesforce Sales Cloud quite challenging. It was really difficult because it has a lot of moving parts, which made the initial setup cumbersome.
