What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to see a complete overview of a contact, including all the activities linked to that individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization is disorganized, and the quality of our data is poor. There is a lack of governance, and adoption has not taken place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Industry standard lead prospecting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. Dedication to continual improvement

Pricing gets exorbitant, new features are not included as part of the core platform but rather require additional licensing and pricing

It manages all of our customer and prospect data

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is useful for both sales planning and collaboration. It makes it easier to coordinate efforts and organize strategies within the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relationship mapping feature is not functioning as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales process was straightforward and easy to follow. I appreciated how each step was clearly explained, which made the experience smooth and efficient.

The experience should be more seamless. I don't understand why agents still can't fill in information at this point. It appears that other companies are offering this capability more effectively and without requiring complicated licensing.

With a complex mixtures of data objects user experience falls short

What do you like best about the product?
It’s convenient and user-friendly! Our sales team now relies on it completely. The platform is incredibly powerful, allowing you to integrate all daily sales operations into a single platform with one unified data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be too complicated to learn how to use new functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate part of the process and centralize the data that salespeople need. This way, they can access it anytime and anywhere.
