What do you like best about the product?
We only have a few users on sales cloud. It’s easy to configure and track leads and create dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as a small company we need to purchase marketing cloud if we want to send engagaement. For this reason we have found a cheaper solution outside of Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud has accelerated our client onboarding and sales processes, significantly reducing manual work. The lead and opportunity management features, along with performance signals, are immensely useful. Its flexibility to adapt to various use cases stands out as a major benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite difficult, taking about six months to get everything in place. The process was time-consuming due to the need for connecting different types of data fields and deciding on the design, as well as accommodating a large organization of three to five hundred people.","Handling various integrations and APIs added complexity to the setup process, requiring significant effort to get everything functioning smoothly.","The integration with Outreach hasn't been particularly beneficial for our needs, which presents a challenge in maximizing the overall effectiveness of Salesforce Sales Cloud.","I think by default, the design of Salesforce Sales Cloud could be more visually appealing. It requires a lot of effort to engage the business with its current aesthetic, which I feel is important for user engagement."}

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the capability of Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate tasks through the creation of 'flows', which improves work efficiency. I also appreciate the constant improvements that Salesforce introduces in each update, keeping the tool innovative and relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how your capture tool works. I don't like its configuration, the lack of active monitoring, and in general, I consider it not to be a good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product helps manage possibilities in a clinic, handling hospitalization budgets and automating tasks to improve the work of sales executives.

Zapier offers excellent flexibility when it comes to integrating with other systems. It makes it easy to connect various platforms and seamlessly push or pull data into Salesforce.

Costs are so high - it’s prohibitive during a cost effective growth curve for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of implementation that Salesforce Sales Cloud offers and especially the artificial intelligence it presents. It helps us a lot to manage all our citizens and have a global view of what they do with us. I also appreciate the ability to communicate and run global campaigns with our entire group of citizens.

I would make it cheaper.
