What do you like best about the product?
Email Marketing, I like how east it is to make email content and send it out. Easy is what I need for my loan officers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small bugs that neither support can help with and they always suggest contacting my csm, which is an email and a meeting to discuss. Sometimes the CSMs arent very technical so they don't have all the answers you need and need to go back. And before you know it, 1 month has passed and you still havent fixed something small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how to automate more, I have realized that TE has come out with new features that I havent been aware of and that there is more I can be doing. Going to accelerate has taught me that many companies out there are doing so much.
CRM & MOS in one
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our team doesn't need multiple logins for different solutions, they have tools they need for themselves and comatketing partners in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the print marketing tab is lacking, the design isn't great and not enough new content gets added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving for having a uniform CRM and MOS. We've realized it's a potential recruiting tool, too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan to have a dedicated "expert" on Total Expert on the team.
Total Expert is everything we need to stay in touch with past clients and engage with new leads.
What do you like best about the product?
Contact management and marketing automation are the two keys of Total Expert. Neither of those were easy or scalable with our previous CRM solution. Total Expert allows me to control the entire experience for our end users and for their contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, it would be nice to a little more control over things like group/contact management such as the ability to delete a group from an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing auotmation is quick and scalable. I can launch a campaign literally in minutes and push it out to every end user or select end users.
Total Expert's team is quick and efficient. The product is high quality.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The co-marketing functions are a huge benefit as many Realtors are in awe of the single property sites and listing flyers. The focussed view and the customization of the focussed view, being able to assign to specific teams, etc. is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving conflicting messages from different TE team members. We would like to customize our dashboard and we were originally told it required a SOW then 6 months later we were told there were available dashboard configurations at no cost. Anything beyond the available configurations would require a SOW. In September 2021 we were told automated postcards were available, we advertised this to our LO's and had them opt-in, only to find out this function was not ready and would not be ready until June 2022. These are just two instances of many.
The Optimal Blue integration pulls in incorrect rates from OB. OB points the finger at TE and TE points the finger at OB. The customer is left without a solution.
It would be great if the Loan Pipeline could have a "saved" view like the contacts list.
The dialer does not have a transfer function.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pull custom reports would be beneficial. We currently have to submit a special request that takes 5-7 business days to receive. Enhanced reporting that we can pull ourselves would be a huge advancement and we are told it may be rolled out by Jan 2023.

What do you like best about the product?
Features, Support, and Future Initiatives all point towards an incredible solution for lenders, partners and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some inflexibility on often standard technical requests that require some outside intervention. this will not impact all users, but more sophisticated workflows may be affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving retail and Direct-To-Consumer marketing and lifecycle campaigns. It's our deployment method of choice for marketing at our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Total Expert to any organization looking for a Mortgage Marketing CRM solution.
Flexible CRM Where it Matters
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in the Journey Builder is top-notch. you can build, rebuild and make changes on the fly without kicking contacts off the journey. This makes testing and perfecting(yeah, right) a journey very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes TE doesn't always have the niche functionality I need and I have to ask them for a workaround. 9 out of 10 times there is a solution and a workaround, they just aren't always in plain sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to touch contacts of multiple users with a single journey. We can share the journey out to the whole company or a select group of loan officers based on the subject of the campaign. This allows us to organize our marketing for everyone and not just a one-size fits all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a mortgage or banking CRM that is set up for a sales team, Total Expert is the correct choice. They have the verbiage and lingo already built in the system and is ready to go. They have the ability to create custom features that are reasonable and can help integrate with other programs through their sleek API.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a tool for every facet of Marketing - digital, social, email, print, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't a direct integrations with Instagram - which isn't Total Expert's fault!

Efficiency, automation, follow-through, digital presence!

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert allows us to customize our marketing and contact your customers at the right time with the right message. Because it is built for the financial industry, the right checks and balances are in place and enhancements are targeted which makes them valuable to all clients of Total Expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting on enhancements is less than desirable. Would like to see them happen faster. Specifically data reporting

Total Expert helps to ensure we are staying top of mind with our customers throughout the full loan process and once they are in our servicing portfolio.
