Working together to make it work
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the tools that TE provides our credit union. And they are always very receptive to suggests and helpful when looking for workarounds to other issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I was used to in a different CRM that are missing from TE, but it is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping our originators keep in touch with members throughout the mortgage process without them really having to think about it. It is a nice personal touch for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Always expanding development and good support.

Sometimes features are difficult to work around when they don't exist.

Streamlined, Easy to Use Finance CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The platformis incredibly easy to use and they're always rolling out new features. Our team really likes the automated communications that trigger based on other platforms. They have a solid list of third party integrations that make this really easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the standard content for email, sms, flyers, etc... are a little bland. I would like to see better content in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Total Expert to replace a few different softwares. It is much easier to track now since it's housed in a single location.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility of options and ability to customize. Overall support and our relationship with the customer success manager are excellent. We haven't found any other solution as complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can sometimes be less than intuitive. The lack of access users have to make changes to their own marketing profile is a pain point. It would be nice if the catalog of emails available had a thumbnail image of what it actually looks like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows our loan officers to market themselves and our services during slower times. We are hoping that once we achieve full utilization we will see increase of business and productivity with our loan teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to mark documents for RESPA compliance marketing. The basics of the platform are strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of support from TE partners and the time it takes to customize anything has caused alot of frustration for our team over the past year. Social media and other marketing materials should be enhanced on an ongoing basis to compete with other competitors in this space. We drive all enhancement conversations with our AE's at RE. Our other vendor partners like Blend, Encompass and OB come to with enhancements and then train us on how to best use the new technology.

Simplified and on-going marketing to real estate partners and clients.
Robust and integrative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and how in-depth total expert is. They have made it incredibly easy to communicate with clients through journies and email marketing. I also enjoy that we are able to send out print pieces directly through the system. With their seamless integration with LQB, our users are able to have quickly updated profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training users can take time due to how robust the platform is and the assist team is not always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with TE to build better user adoption and integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really get to understand the platform before roll out and know how to train the sales force.
The perfect all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the features packed into one system. For my LOs, using one login to access their CRM, flyers, social media posts, tasks and activities, Realtor and co-marketing tools, text messaging, video messaging, and their dashboard is a top-selling point. While most, importantly using automation so they can focus on strictly the activities that require their efforts and actions is what sets Total Expert apart. From the administrator's perspective, the system is user-friendly, and the level of support we receive is second to none. We are kept in the loop of new features and given the tools to succeed from launch onward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle with some of the lack of features tied specifically to our LOS. Populating pricing from our pricing engine is a struggle. We would love to pay additional attention to things like open house flyers and further integrations with additional text tools and recruiting related resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of limited time and limited output capabilities of our Loan Officers. Total Expert helps elevate the client experience by offering consistency and transparency in our process with a personalized path. My Loan Officers sleep better knowing that they have a personal assistant working behind the scenes to ensure they look good. They can then focus on the more personal outward touch points such as co-marketing and social media.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the best thing is the customer support and the innovation they provide. Total Expert is truly there to help us grow our company and provide value to our loan officers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! They go above and beyond to address our needs. Whenever we feel that there is a gap, their team works extremely hard to ensure that they resolve the issue and continue to provide value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve many problems by using Total Expert. The big one is being able to keep all of our data in a single location, allowing us to run thoughtful and intelligent campaigns using our data. It's also helped our loan officers stay organized and in front of their customers.

I like total expert for lead generation as it's very important to the success of my business

Nothing. It's easy to use. Wouldn't change a thing.

I'm able to sort out and manage lead generation through total expert especially with open houses!
Easiest CRM to use in the Housing Space
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and intuitive categorization- most attuned to an actual sales process in this sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a full set of connections to all other sources of client/prospect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a question of problems, more about the time to ROI which is high. No systems are perfect and no systems are natively connected to all otehrs.
