TE
What do you like best about the product?
Automation makes releasing new marketing materials easy and clean. It gives our loan officers the power to take control of their marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new features have a lot of bugs. The support team via chat is not the most informed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TE let's our employees get in front of customers without any extra effort. It also provides an excellent platform for all marketing materials.

Total Expert makes marketing and contact management approachable and doable for sales teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert (TE) is the optimal platform for marketing material and contact management. In an industry where every salesperson is a manager of their own business, TE delivers marketing teams of financial organizations the ability to easily manage and create marketing assets and a database management tool. The UX is overall very good and provides all the basic tools for a salesperson to manage and market to their database. Integrations such as Facebook, BombBomb, Mortgage Coach, MBS Highway, and more makes it easy to centralize all the marketing tools our teams are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
TE is a great tool for beginner to moderate users. For advanced CRM users, there are some pretty big gaps in terms of contact organization, reporting, and supporting non-retail mortgage teams. The lack of a "shark tank" makes organization-level lead management difficult and account improvements (such as creating new marketing templates, lead app templates, advanced reporting) are somewhat prohibitive to create due to cost. TE checks 8/10 boxes though and is an amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TE helps us to offer a robust marketing asset collection to our retail sales team and provides integrations with necessary sales platforms like our LOS and POS.

The ease of this robust system and continued efforts to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation and engagement from users other than marketing is somewhat challenging for late adopters.

Deploying personalized marketing with a few touches of a button. This system has saved us countless design hours.

It's a big system and customization can be challenging during implementation.

Reporting ability and ability to see the entire organization at a higher lever.

We love the automated campaigns and ability to post content directly to Social Media.

We would like to have more design control with Lead Capture apps. Especially to add fields we may want to pull into TE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest win with Total Expert is the Complaince aspect. We have approved content and can run reports on Unsubscribed contacts and social media posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having a strong admin and marketing team participate in the implementation.

There are some disconnects when it comes to the support service in TE.

Delivering Top of the Line Expert Content While Keeping Personal Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I love that journeys can be customized to your needs and what your borrowers needs are. Focus view helps our team stay concentrated day to day on the most important tasks at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration training can be tough at first and a lot to take in. Continuously logging into the system enables you to develop comfort and knowledge with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focused view keeps our team engaged day to day with borrowers they can touch base with. Focusing on what matters help keep them prioritized on where they can win

Comparing Total Expert to other top industry leading CRM's do not compare to their expertise
Perfect platforms are unicorns!
What do you like best about the product?
The very best parts of Total Expert involve the customer experience. It's a flexible design that is consistent and easier to navigate. I appreciate that they are constantly innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their roll outs are a bit slower than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end customer experiences are what we are trying to solve for the next 36 months. Gathering clean first party data and using that data to elevate true brand experiences is one goal. Building brand trust through valued and relevant communication is another.

Be very clear about your goals and be open to ideas.
Robust CRM that works great in the mortgage/realty space
What do you like best about the product?
This solution has very attractive web and print content. It also is a great place to store contact data for both customers and business partners. Finally, the ability to create collateral and co-market it with a realtor in only a few clicks is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of options on this platform and it was not always clear where to go to find things. Luckily, we had WalkMe on this for our company and leveraged this to learn how to get around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending EDDM postcards, marketing email journeys, setting up property listing sites that are co-branded with a realtor, and sending mailers to current and past customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for both a CRM and a Marketing platform. This will help reduce the integration need between a CRM (like Salesforce) and Total Expert, which can be a bit difficult to integrate.
