Total expert Review
What do you like best about the product?
The support is unmatched. They are always willing to hop on a call and help out when needed. Having a dedicated CSM that holds weekly or bi weekly calls helps us stay on track with our goals. The use of automation is also very easy to build out and help is always available if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the platform can be improved during peak email send times I.e. holidays, etc.
During those times, emails take a long time to process which isn't helpful for timely emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a CRM that provided next level comarketing capabilities and the ability to provide automation to follow the customer from the beginning of the journey to the end and then help us retain them for future business.

Total Expert is easy to use and offers great marketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert offers great marketing tools that make sending emails, tracking open rates, and offering social media options to our loans officers easy. We use Campaign Builder a lot and like the capabilities that journeys offer as well. The also offer great customer support through a CSM as well as tech support online.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the least helpful feature has been the print marketing materials. The printing options provided have not been, in the past, the best value for our team. We can print items much cheaper by using our local printers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use Total Expert to solve a lot of business problems. I use it primarily as a marketing tool that I manage and implement for our loan officers.
Great Tools for Mortgage Industry Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sending mass emails and the ability to create a database of marketing materials that users can use at thier own discretion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting can be improved, create a place where youc an make custom reports and store them there, then send out communications to people on those reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emails, Marketing database available to end users at all time. Custom websites.
Bringing CRMs into the digital age
What do you like best about the product?
I like best some of the logic that can be used for Journey building and some of the integrations that are offered to increase automation or pair down technology like Experience.com, Homebot, BombBomb, nCinco, Customer Intelligence, and more! Total Expert has continually shown they're making strong efforts to meet clients where they need to be when almost everything happens digitally. We work with DBAs and Total Expert makes that process easy for onboarding. I like how reachable and helpful different departments are in hearing what's happening and helping us reach a solution. Total Expert leadership makes us feel heard and important! Ben Carlson is also a great Account Executive who advocates for us! It's a huge benefit that Total Expert has Bobbi Jo Dallas focused on engagement in the system and it's tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of the admin capabilities where access to view contacts or data related to those contacts and numbers surrounding them isn't possible from the admin account in TE. It's a downside that the system's UX doesn't always follow an LO's train of thought so it can lead to confusion on where to go for what and can affect their engagement level. I dislike that most things are an add-on cost that means we're asking for more money throughout a contract period on a regular basis vs having them tied in to the cost of the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert is solving pairing down tech when it makes sense so that an LO doesn't need to log into or contact multiple people to get the support or data they need on their database. It's helping an LO mine their database for what makes sense for them through focus views, emails, print media, Customer Intelligence, tasks, texting, and more. This allows our team to create more cohesive marketing in a place where our LOs don't have to learn multiple systems and save time by leveraging a lot of automation that talks to one another within the platform. It's allowing our LOs to get in front of the prospects they need to!
They Are the Expert... Totally
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Total Expert is built on a wide breadth of experts on everything from analytics to automation and even support. I appreciate their ability to not only provide me with what they believe is the best path but are also interested in listening to ideas that could enhance their processes and products as well.
I can't shout out to the world enough about how creating a UI that is easy to use for the end user and Total Expert does it regularly!

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Total Expert is a good business partner, but to become a great partner there needs to be more ebb and flow to what the platform is capable of doing versus what it could become.

Follow up, follow up, follow up...

What do you like best about the product?
I love the built in Marketing materials and easy to use interface. Our Customer Relations rep has been amazing as well!

I wish there was updated training offered as new features were released. Our training at implementation was amazing! but it falls off after that :(

Total Expert is helping us keep in touch with past customer through automation and expand our customers product base through cross selling and reporting.
Amazing Data Software Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert allows us to communicate with our membership directly and strategically motivate our members towards products and services that will benefit them directly. No more generic emails to large groups. Precise communication is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything yet that we feel is a barrier to our success.

As we target members with offers, TE allows us to see our results and modify our message if there is a lack of interaction.
Innovative technology with exceptional support
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert's platform is highly innovative. The technology is seamless and easy to use. Their efforts are constantly evolving to support all business units within financial services.

I do not dislike anything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows us to leverage marketing solutions with out the need of involving our entire marketing dept. We are able to move when the market moves and ensure our message is relevant.
TE gives LOs everything they need to market to their clientele in one modern, clean & simple tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Outside of Total Expert's constant innovations, their support is top notch. When it comes to their library of content support pieces, they have anything one can possibly think of. Job aides, webinars, interactive walk throughs. This allows our loan officers to learn the tool on their own & feel confident using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything i'd say we dislike about using Total Expert. One thing that may be nice to have in the future though, may be more enhancements & innovations on the 'email builder" side fo things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert allows us to market to all of our memebers belonging to our credit union as well as any potential leads our loan officers are working with. From, campaigns, to email, & flyers. Everything we need is at our fingertips. Not to mention the customer intelligence side of things which is a super underrated tool that helps our loan officers immensely.
