Total Expert a Good Fit for the Majority of Loan Officers
What do you like best about the product?
The overal ease of use for our sales folks. We have found that it is a good fit for the majority.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been hard to accept all of the added costs, including APIs that don't come with the expected integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and driving increased engagement, as well as offering partner benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much as you can for the Loan Officer - if you wait for them to implement and deploy, it will delay results.

Impressed with this event. I've never been provided with all this value add with just being a customer!

I wish I had more of my team here! We are new to TE, I wish I could have had my core team involved.

One disadvantage of this service is that it is currently very difficult to obtain support support, as it is a rather slow running computer.

Total Expert is a complex software and the learning curve is extremely high, the mobile applications still require a little more work to be really useful, cost of the plans offered by Total Expert are very expensive what can be a barrier for smaller organizations to decide to buy this software finally is not a useful tool to manage documents and manage leadership

This software is a perfect solution for real estate, banking and credit organizations because it offers very powerful tools to manage all the financial part and at the same time manage all your marketing campaigns of your organization in one place this is one of the main reasons why I would recommend this program, I do not recommend this application for small businesses because it is a very expensive software
