Many features are good in this application, and the best part is the security level, which is high than expected.
The dashboard is also so simple and easy to understand.

Many problems we face while using this tool. Mostly this is for firewall purposes, but the content filtration is not to the mark.

Now we can able to monitor the usage of internet. We are also able to export the logs of website lists that we are using.

Others can surely use this software for security reasons which help us in many ways. Mostly the best part is the pricing criteria. So enjoy using the best product for security purposes.

Blocking many important websites as it has poor technical skill on content filtration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working from home and using local home network so couldnt get the proper bandwidth hence we decided to implement this product to control bandwidth and also very useful for security purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We must use these type of security tools as it has the ability to protect our data's and can improve our perforrmance.

What do you like best about the product?
The higly scalable and multi-cloud infra features along with nano log clusters. In particular all internet flows through zscaler proxy wherther people are in ofc or remote, provides greater control at your hand. Tac support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solution needs some improvement in user based and role based access. And it is quite difficult when its a cloud solution

Our clients can use and deploy zia without much of hassle and all web security protection is provided to them. The end users are now feeling more secure when connected from ofc or remote networks

Go for it, it is a great SaaS cloud platform to deliver web and mobile security solutions
Lastest cloud proxy which eliminated the third party vpn

Most power to use tool to split internet and intranet on single software and replacing the load on ext fw

Only the reporting anf logging part which ext db

The ease of use is the best part. IPs are provisioned, then from the desktop you just click to authenticate.

It's fully cloud native architecture, So there is no maintenance & patching to be done.
We can do one click bypass of O365 traffic & global whitelist of internal URL's.

As comparatively with other product it seems bit expensive

We feel protected against the malicious websites, Malicious file download & greater visibility of internet usage

The deployment is simple.
Policy configuration / agent roll out / global whitelisting / blocklisting is much easier

I am working on the zscaler proxy from last 2 years, it's really having good features in it.
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is about making policies so that we can restrict to someone to enter in the environment

Currently we are facing issue with Okta in zscaler

The login process and UI is not much interactive which can be in improved

Whitelist and blacklist of various websites as per customer requirements. The benefit is it's very easy to configure with very less false negatives.
