this is secure internet access application. it essential to have security software on the work laptop.

It turns on when I turn my computer on and seems to be working seamlessly in the background and maintaining security on my computer without me having to do anything

IT enables the users to connect direct to the Internet via the Zscaler cloud and bypass slower hub-and-spoke architectures. Also, this application reduces the cost of maintenance of security appliances.It is a very effective solution against zero day exploits.

The cost of implementation is slightly on the higher side as compared to other products in the market,

By providing real time visibility and analytics, we can understand more about the various threats. Also, it provides Data Loss Prevention thats very critical for the work.

What do you like best about the product?
The security level which zscaler provides its simply awesome. The beauty is without proper credentials nobody is allowed to access an unauthorized site. Security at its best!!

Nothing as of now. The browsing is safe and authentic. Once came across any disadvantage will jot it down.

Every website that I open, goes through the scanning of Scalar and keeps my system safe from viruses.

it takes little time even when I open usual accounts like Gmail etc. but it is ok to wait rather than get suffered later

complete security that includes Web and URL Filtering, you can deliver airtight security to all users, on or off network. SSL inspection , ease to use,no hardware needed no infrastructure , nothing just be deployed on cloud and start configure it and use it

Zscalar is great as a web security but doesn't fit the performance
What do you like best about the product?
The portability of the security system. I was using Symantec endpoint and moved into ZScalar as a organization decision. The move was smooth and good and the portability that comes with ZScalar is amazing. Anything that needs to be done to the system can be done remote from access to management. The zscalar controls everything from phishing emails to malign attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance is a pain. I could really feel that the system is much slower to boot, operate and shut down itself. The emails or communications takes its own time to get delivered to the system. The delay sometimes are even 2 mins and more. So, yes the performance is a pain in Zzscalar. Also the remote management is not instant and would require the end client user ro wait a few mins before it takes effect.

Web Security, Remote desktop management, Virtual machine management, Firewall, Communication and email filtering

Awesome product if you have more than 1000 systems to manage with a 10 member team across the globe. Performance is something to be concerned about yet it is a nice product and worth giving it a try

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get notifications from zscaler when there are issues with my internet security. I've also had success with ""repairing" the program through Zscaler's "repair" button, which often does not work for other programs. When I had internet issues I could also export my log and show my IT guy who was able to help me based on it
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when some websites are blocked I often get stuck on the ""web blocked" screen for a while, as if it's crashing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler solves Monster's internet security issues. The main benefit is ultimate cyber security which has been an issue in the past
