Handy, Secure and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
ZIA came in very handy at times where my org was looking at having control and visibility on Laptops being used for Working from Home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, there is nothing to be disliked. The solution is so customizable that makes its easy to pick up solutions that suits or needs and fits the bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control on Road Warriors. Benefits like, a analysis report for Executives and a detailed report on Internet access and the threats addressed. Control on SSL traffic and applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This would be a one stop solution for the current situation, to have full control on Laptops being used to access the Corp resources and a Secure Gateway for Internet.

Some time we need to bypass the URL from proxy , just because it doesn’t computable with zscaler

I am working on the zscaler proxy from last 2 years, it's really having good features in it.
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is about making policies so that we can restrict to someone to enter in the environment

Currently we are facing issue with Okta in zscaler

High availability, easy to configure for admins, and very stable and smooth browsing control.

The login process and UI is not much interactive which can be in improved

Whitelist and blacklist of various websites as per customer requirements. The benefit is it's very easy to configure with very less false negatives.

It lessen the cost of the company by buying additional network stack in the organization.

I like the following features:
-Improved and streamlined model.
-Internet connection is fast and no delays with opening websites.
-It is easy to login via a single sign-on.
-It can easily be disabled.

-It automatically starts when you power on the computer.
-It asks you to login as every time I launch it.

I think the logon process is redundant, you need to login every time.

We are solving internet intrusions within the company. Having Zscaler Internet Acces helps a lot with making sure our browsers are secured and forbidden sites are manageable.

I highly recommend Zscaler Internet Access because of its credibility, reliability, and has been protecting our company's browsers for 5 years now.

The ability to control all your config setting / security settings in 1 management Platform. Bringing protection and reassurance together in the suite.

Was a bit slow years ago but lots of improvements show its the leader in the field

Secure Internet Gateway, protection of endpoints from the risks associated with internet connectivity, Bandwidth Control, Corporate Legal obligations with URL filtering.

Reports customization need to improved. Navigation of dashboard is not user friendly
