What do you like best about the product?
I have worked on ZIA, ZPA products in zsclaer, they work seamlessly, also provides complet security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike the product in my 4 years of zscaler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When users need to connect application while working from home or anywhere securitly this has resolved with zpa solution.

it doesn't provide DLP support, which is a huge drawback here

Providing the URL protection

Zscales is good for protection but is also a hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Best part about it was the protection from outside threats real-time when its running fine. On my machine - Lenovo T14, I was able to download and setup quickly but setting up rules was not very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization has upgraded from Pulse Secure to Zscaler and now Citrix. The setting up of rules is not very easy. Documentation of Zscaler is a little tough to go through to accomplish few tasks. It creates trouble in loading few websites, even in internal LAN. A lot of issues have been reported which is why it has been a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem it solved from Pulse was entering redundant information every time you login. After that, everything was smooth in terms of protection of data. I always had a sense of protection when I used this software. However, few websites did not load, or the internet slowness was reported frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Zscaler is that its easy to use. Once logged in, you have an option to keep yourself logged on and protect all information from attacks. It also supports SSO. Im also not allowed to use the web unless I log onto Zscaler which gives added protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, theres nothing that I dislike about this product. It supports everything from my organization and team perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage internet traffic according to the oroganization policies. I belong to the banking industry and information is very sensitive. It adds a layer of security and also protects out files from external threats. Data remains inside and logs can be monitored easily.

Easy access of console as well deployment is easy

There are few development application are not added in cloud application and for that need to configure ssl certificate individually on each user

No need to configure multiple servers on one console have all features firewall features also available

It can be tough at first to get familiar with the interface, and deciding on which versions to enable for your environment to deploy.
The SSL certificate has to be first trusted from mac installations. Some admins or end users forget this step. Would prefer if it was automatic.

Sometimes on the Mac M1's and M1 pro device the digital experience on the app keeps switching off without warning. Would like it if the devs sorted this issue out.

Best cloud proxy solution currently in the market, easy to deploy easy to configure, friendly user interface. Detection engine in zscaler has helped detect critical websites that can be harmful

While there are occasional performance or connectivity issues with the Zscaler client, these instances are relatively infrequent and typically resolved quickly. Beyond that, there is very little to criticize about the solution. I like that it never fails; it goes with the track every time, and I do my work as expected.

I wouldn't say I like that it reduced my internet speed to a significantly lower one.
