Great product, but has its downsides

  • October 29, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop feature is actually great. Ease of use is a very important aspect of the product. It's also really easy to integrate with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I quite dislike the fact that there is a very threatening level of pre-required knowledge to use the software. Once you get going, the upsides really show, but the barriage of starting is def. there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized include mostly some excellent business applications. Business - it relations have also greatly improved due to the results that have been delivered.
