What do you like best about the product?
Easy nto build on and has never disappointed on real projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Commercial discussions including getting an appropriate quote has always been the toughest challenge getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A number of my clients have successfully deployed at scale and rapid speed to value

What do you like best about the product?
Main good points are: The API documentation and the sample code provided, the intuitive user interface of Watson Assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of versioning causes us alot of problems, it is also diffiuclt to see what new featurs are planned with Watson Assistant in the furture, for example multiple skills per assistant is apprarently due for release soon but we have no visibility of this, currently we are looking at building applications to manage multiple bots and are not sure whether to invest time in this

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dialog tree builder, and the premium features are very useful - only that's a price plan I never have a strong enough business case for using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of versioning!! The JSON export only goes so far...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and customer service, a wide range of customer care applications.

Some time, something went wrong. We live in Vietnam thus it's a little bit difficulte to contact IBM WW team

What do you like best about the product?
The easy interface to start building your own virtual assistant and the plenty of code available at the internet to plug it in a bunch of solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of real integration workflows within Watson platform itself. There`s a orchestrator needed to enable this feature now, but soon they`ll release new versions with this problem addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24/7 availability to the customers of an agent that can at least answer and direct questions. But, much more than this, we can offer a bunch os services in the same 24/7 without taking real people to solve those bunch of repetitive tasks, and they can start investing their time doing other stuff.

Watson provide intuitive interface and platform to build Chatbot quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have exhaustive list of utterances for each intent

We are deflecting good chunck of exiting IVR calls to Watson Assistant for our clients. It helped in better customer satisfaction, quicker resolution

Intituitive screen for Dialog Flow that helps developer to code and develop chatbot faster.

Automated utterances for domains should be enhanced to have more variations.
