What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use chatbot dialog management interface that let's you build even complex chatbots with little effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic metrics dashboard that includes standard data like in other solutions (Dialogflow, AWS) but still not enough for proper chatbot maintenance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped decrease contacts to contact centre thus automating customer service tickets
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through IBM Watson Assistant training and documentation to learn how to properly build a chatbot

Easy understanding of the dialog flow and well-documented guidelines.

There is nothing that bothered me while using the assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM watson patterns formats in entities help you capture the complex data from user very easily..its dialog module and digression and intent reorganization is wonderful..the real AI implementation in chat bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i dont have any dislike of Watson assistant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am able to build the chat bot for complex form registration of our organization.

if you are trying to build a powerful chat bot then IBM Watson assistant is the best tool to develop with.

Easy to build dialog, digressions, conditionals, slots, and handlers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no efficient ways to keep up with training evolution, IBM urgently needs to create governance forms for Virtual Assistants, just like Open Scale for predictive models.

You have free tools to test, to create chatbots so many templates are available. learn data science with free services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its menu is a bit confusing, each time I log in I need to search again and again for my dashboard and my services.

Currently, I am learning data science and deep learning using Watson assistant

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the tool. It's very amazing feature that we can simply define the intents and entities and it makes the bot an if-else ladder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be implemented in flowchart. And sometime it becomes slow. Like when I check the insights, it lags

I used it for developing a chatbot for Reservation of table at a hotel.
