Active Directory who?? JumpCloud makes working remote easy for end users and IT
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud made it easy for us to migrate our users to, moving away from on prem Active Directory, all while working remotely. It was easy to implement and integrate across our organization, and when we have needed support it's been great with multiple ways to connect with someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly... nothing. They've fit our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us be able to remotely manage our end users' machines, have a cloud-based directory, enable zero touch configuration for equipment for new hires, have visibility and be able to lock down everything which helps with our SOC2 compliance... the list goes on.

Dynamic cloud infrastructure that was very easy to pick up and begin supporting within days!
What do you like best about the product?
Policy Management! JumpCloud have a robust library of options for environment control, be it pre-created policies for restricting USB removeable storage or building out your own it's felt very intuative and allows me to succeed with ease everyday! It was also impressive to find MacOS support to integrating our fleet of devices and implementing related policies across the board. We use JumpCloud daily in our everyday operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if JumpCloud could build upon their MDM solution to incorporate a potential imaging/device reclaim solution. But aside from 'would be nice' I don't currently have any dislikes about JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for our business to run essentially entirely in the cloud. User profile assignment and group/machine policies tied in allow for easy enrollments/offboardings. Ability to build custom powershell scripts into JumpCloud commands to then assign to Groups/Devices/Users is extremely beneficial to our uses!
Powerful identity and device management
What do you like best about the product?
I resolved all of the company's identity issues, centralizing management in Jumpcloud. Additionally, I manage devices, encryption, remote installations. It also facilitates remote service for employees who works from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really satisfied using Jumpcloud. I don't have anything that leaves me dissatisfied yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We centralize the identity of all remote employees. We have the ability to manage any corporate provision, such as policies, encryption and remote installations.

The intuitive interface, ease of setting up user access controls, and strong security measures like multi-factor authentication make it an efficient tool for managing an organization's infrastructure. The ability to centralize identity management while maintaining flexibility and security is a standout feature that many IT administrators appreciate.

Absolutely none, it's been amazing. Very easy

Overall, JumpCloud helps reduce complexity, strengthen security, and streamline IT operations, which greatly benefits productivity and security management.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is its all-in-one management platform, which makes it easy to manage user identities, devices, and access controls across our environment. The intuitive interface and seamless integration with various apps and systems save us time and simplify our security management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything I dislike right now.

JumpCloud solves the challenge of managing user identities, devices, and access across multiple environments by centralizing everything in one platform. This has streamlined our onboarding and offboarding processes, enhanced security through centralized access controls and multi-factor authentication, and simplified compliance management. Overall, it’s saved our team valuable time and reduced complexity in maintaining secure access across our organization.
Jumpcloud Does it ALL
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage Identity, Access and Device Security from one pane of glass - the tool covers ALL platforms in out fleet and makes device security and management seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud does it all !! They continue to improve their feature/function capabilities, they regularly listen to customers concerns and take our feedback to heart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud provides our primary Cloud Directory, manages our system access, and we manage security and patching on our fleet of systems -basically, Jumpcloud does it all
Essential MDM for security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud and the support team really helped us get our MDM setup in order as part of our SOC2
What do you dislike about the product?
Th UI can be confusing from time to time. As a product person I miss some more polish of the details. Also has some limits related to resetting devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have MDM and JumpCloud helped us get it in order thanks to the many policies and patch management features
Easy to setup and user-friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
The JumpCloud is very easy to use and user-friendly. It helped us to manage our employees systems, we can now manage software application installions on these systems via a feature in JumpCloud i.e. Software Management which is quite helpful. Also it is very easy to apply any policies via JumpCloud to end users systems such as password policy, MFA for logging into system etc. Also the directory integration is very easy to setup such as AD, Cloud or HR directories. With this we can also run commands on remote systes, can take remote assist/control of system which is very useful. And the customer support is always there for you and they are quite fast in responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud needs some improvements in Software Management feature, it sometimes takes a lot of time to install any softwares on remote system remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has streamlined managing employee systems by offering a range of tools for efficient control and security. With its Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities, we can easily handle software installations across all systems, ensuring our applications are up-to-date. JumpCloud’s policy enforcement, like password policies and MFA, enhances system security and is easy to apply, providing a consistent approach to compliance. Additionally, the JumpCloud Run Command, Remote Assist etc. feature allows us to run commands, provide remote assistance, and even take control of systems when needed.
Cloud based SSO that fits any budget or organization size!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fairly easy integration it has with SSO. I also like that you can PAYG or month to month which helps offset costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to move off once you are integrated with Jumpcloud since are the integrations are Jumpcloud specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the myriad of usernames and passwords needed to login to various system. It also helps centrallize what is needed for onboarding new users since it is all organized in the portal.
