High level functionality and service for small or midsize organization

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and very stable. In addition, they are constantly innovating, but not at the expense of stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The so "SSO tax" that vendors put on integrating with this very helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to move away from an on-premise Active Directory environment. Jumpcloud gave us a way to do that while also making it possible to do so with the least amount of distruption to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like the most utmost feature is the Cloud Based Infrastructure. Where we cannot manage the Infra related work with the featurefull options. Its easy to use and implementation in environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just little bit for the Slowness. Hope this depends on the Internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a top most benefit is to Intergate the App via SSO. Some magic happens behind it and App will be logged in without asking User Credentials. Just only a single password need to be remind for User.

What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud as an IdP. Really easy to setup and use. I want to integrate it with other IdPs to make it the single source, but haven't got to it yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only a small subset of the vast functionality that JumpCloud can do that I use, and don't find anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a flexible and easy to administer IdP and Jumpcloud meets these requirements

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is easy to use and also easy to implement. JumpCloud helps alleviate the burden on the IT department.
We can manage all operating system in one platform this is good plus of jumpcloud. We have easily managed all of the devices in one platform. We have applied all types of policy here. There is a good option is there to manage a android device. We can manage the chrome browser also here. Jumpcloud is a good platform for user idenfication, device management and SSO confiquration. Because after doing the SSO we did not store the multiple passwords.
Final stage the support of jumpcloud is also very supportive and effectively to client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is no feature for dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving the many problems of the large companys because we can manage all operating systems in one platform. After doing the SSO user did not store the multiple passwords directly he login to the jc user portal he accessible all of the applications.

One stop solution for device and identity management

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can manage different OS from single platform. Be it Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, iPad, or Android devices. Everything can be managed from there.

Initially, we had a few issues while integrating it in our organization but there support system is also great.

We are also using other services like SAML and active directory. They also provide 1 month trial to try out the product free of cost and I think its great to understand if product fits for someone or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
During initial setup, we had to contact the sales and support team multiple times. I think this can be improved if they provide a dedicated customer success manager who can manage the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly using it for Identity and access management along with SSO and AD. Sometimes remote support too but not very often. After evaluating a lot of other products, we decided to go with JumpCloud I would say its great product bundled everything in a sinle platform

Great platform to manage users and devices

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to add users and to add workstations into MDM. I think one of the best features is the MDM solution since it's very simple to manage and works great with Apple devices. We are very excited to start implemeting SSO with Conditional Access to increase security for our clients as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found it a little time consuming to add Microsoft workstations into MDM since the accounts on the workstion have to be local accounts or have to be converted back to local accounts. This is not JumpClouds fault, rather the way Microsoft has things set up, but still something to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps have workstation management, user management, SSO all in one place.

JumpCloud: one of the best MDM solution out there

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using JumpCloud since last year and we are very pleased to use the product. Ease of deployment of software which was a tedious process in the past, has now become easy.
As we have multiple OS systems in our organization, we can now manage the access management from one one-stop solution.
The implementation of the product was a breeze, we got a great customer support service as well.
We have integrated the the product with our in-house tool for audit purpose.
Our IT team is using it on a daily basis as they have to deploy and uninstall software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any short coming in the product so far, the JumpCloud team can make the product more simple to make the user experience more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple OS systems in our organization, To manage all different devices from a single product.
Deployment of the Software is now easy after the commissioning of the JumpCloud.
Identity and Access Management is smoother than ever as different OS users are under one roof, we can now easily manage them.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud MDM is easy to use, robust in its supervision and very intuitive, making it very easy to install its agent on Windows/Linux PCs and even Macbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment it's running pretty well, it works great on MacOs, Windows and Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud has enabled me to automate the management of my user accounts, various IT resources such as systems, devices, applications, storage systems, networks and SaaS services. Provisioning is also fairly simple and automatic, and the Management tab offers a number of interesting features.

Conditional Policy is good and MDM is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor in user management report polling and attribute sychning is problem

They are good in reverting issues when request are raised and sometimes they lak in P1 issues.

One Stop Solution for SSO and Active Directory

What do you like best about the product?
We had a requirement to implement SAML in SSO and after doing a lot of research we found jumpcloud. I found docs easy to implement

It is a one-stop solution for account creation and deactivation across all SSO, SAML, or LDAP-connected services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial integration could be challenging for a few people but I found that there customer support is available in case of any issue. They should automate and make it simplified to avoid workload on customer support.

It is also a little bit expensive but unfortunately, I didn't find any other product for my solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our users and the devices that they have access to. It also provides remote support that has been helpful in remote work. We are also using it for Identity and access management for all our users that integrates with enterprise features, such as SAML-based SSO and MFA.
