Junpcloud makes it simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simple management in an easy to use interface. Partners nicely with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to be honest. I feel the team have honed the feature set and the interface is quite slick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made iAM management very simple compared to just going it alone with Google Workspace

Seamless device and application access via Jumpcloud and Jumpcloud protect
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a versatile identity and access management (IAM) solution that can help organizations efficiently manage user identities, devices, and access to applications via user groups and device groups.
I have been using Jumpcloud as a centralised IAM Solution to manage access to applications and device management and have been extensively worked on onboarding Applications to enable SSO functionality to keep users accessing features smooth and resilent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud should come up with advanced features like Identity access governance features like recertifications to application access with time-limited access policies.
Few conditional Policies do not work for few applications which disable SSO capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at out organization we primarily use jumpcloud as Device management Solution, with Jumpcloud agents and policies enabled on all enterprise devices advanced security policies are ensured.
Jumpcloud Protect with TOTP and Push notifications enable users a seamless experience to enable and use MFA , for all the devices , Web Applications and SSO enabled applications.
I have been extensively working on Onboarding applications to enable SSO via jumpcloud User console, Jumpcloud successfully supports application integration with standard protocols like SAML, OIDC , LDAP and custom integrations.

- Complex licensing
- There are not as many police options compared to others

Jumpcloud has many option to control your user and devices. There could be a limited usecase for a company however you can pick and choose the option as per your requirment

Using jumpclod saves a lot of time and effort where you can automate your manual task of managing the users and their devices. SSO gives me seamless integration for my other application.

Not marketed enough in the APAC region. Really disappointed that a lot of IT professionals are not aware of this powerful tool to secure your environment

Complete AD is like a normal software. Really easy to setup things and integrate with Jumpcloud. MDM Solution is also amazing. Customer support is also great. We use jumpcloud very frequently

On-prem connector is needed so that we can be compliant with local regulatory authorities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud has really made our life easy and hassle free. We can integrate the solution with any other applications so easily.
10/10 Mac Setup. Windows can be a pain but worth it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have a hub for all single sign on and force password policies & MFA for devices using it. The API is also very well featured and works great using automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The windows install is a pain for users who need a microsoft account removed, sometimes forcing a complete reinstall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is making onboarding much easier and making sure all devices and apps are configured to our password policy.

It allows easy management of systems in the company both for Windows, mac and Linux

It's improving a lot so I can't say something particular here, few things I didn't like were fixed recently
