SSO Power House
What do you like best about the product?
SSO capabilities and directory services help manage our devices and permissions smoothly. Works great with a BYOD and serverless environment.

The best use we have for it is updates being mandatory so systems stay up to date and knowing if an employee leaves us or is let go that we can lock down their system even if they are remote.

JumpCloud Provides Simplicity in a Complicated World
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud just works. All our SASS applications connect easily and we have on central place to control our users and devices. It provides assurance that our data is secure and our users are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing I would change is the limitations of the MDM functions. However, JumpCloud continues to add additional functionality on an almost daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud our service desk team was forced to provision and support many disparate systems each with their own limitations. With JumpCloud we have not only improved efficiency of user provisioning and management but we have also reduced cost and improved service delivery time.
Finally a solid MDM for Ubuntu!
What do you like best about the product?
After some research we could build a solid MDM to administrate the Linux devices we have in our fleet. This was a huge step to not only check for i.e. disk encryption and passcode length and settings but we can even remotely wipe the devices in the case of an incident.
Deployment was easy and with just a terminal command we can enroll the devices, JumpCloud team assisted us during the process until everything worked as expected.
There are tons of features in JumpCloud we haven't explored yet!

What do you dislike about the product?
On our usecase, I'd say that sometimes the command output/return is a bit opaque. We don't have, in some cases, enough evidence for the delivered commands.

Administrating Linux devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
all systems are very basic and limited, compared to products specifically targeting mac vs windows
