JumpCloud is very helpful application for workspaces that require multiple programs.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has an advanced implementation for different analytics because their advances capabilities are great and they integrate very well with this tool. JumpCloud has easy to integrate with other multiple products so it does an excellent job of giving orientation to easy methods to use for the collection and analysis of data. It has frequent updates to solve our business problems because its security administration is feasible and it is really easy to configure. JumpCloud is a really helpful solution for our organization because it provides secure password to manage our variety of different applications and environments. We use a lot of these logins for testing and demonstration because our leadership team adds new implements services to our organization. On the other hand, it allows us to create the customize modules for our employees and it give access to certain functions to eliminate their access without having to introduce a different user and it has been great implement because it saves us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face many serious problem through this implement because the volume of functions can be negative impact for beginners because its design could be more intuitive and better practicality but there are a lot of problems to support documents and its design a little better to help us to get complete our work that we have to need in this implement. One downside around this implement is that Sometimes if we are running late but it can be a little flustering having to login multiple times a day so we have to face serious problems through this implement. JumpCloud implement can be glitch at times because when the users signing out account but sometime all of their accounts cannot working properly and then we can leave this sites without complete our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud provide the best security options to really help to secure our data. I also like this way that it can easy to manage the single platform through using this perfect implement. I can easily add a new system to single page also it can easily give users to specific access to systems. JumpCloud has been great because it has made it easier for me to sign in to all of our various systems. JumpCloud has a helpful Chrome extension that lets me quickly navigate to different cloud based application that my company uses and it can automatically prompts me to save applications to my dashboard.

THE platform to use for startups issuing endpoints to employees!
What do you like best about the product?
By far the easiest to set up and use platform to secure endpoints (ex. Windows, Mac computers) issued to employees and enforce policies (ex. screen lock after X time, BitLocker enabled, etc.). I was worried that I'd have to go deep into some Microsoft AD rabbit hole, and it turns out that JumpCloud is the much easier solution AND lets me also manage MacOS devices in the future - it's a big load off my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs MFA options for endpoint login beyond TOTP but their CEO says they're working on it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company ownership / management of endpoint devices is the primary reason I've started using JumpCloud.
Easy to operate does a lot of order and allows fast growing, new features all the time
What do you like best about the product?
Easily integrated, admin console is easy to understand but have a lot of functions as well
Support answers fast and willing to help with anything.

It's an Awesome Replacement for Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you do not need to set-up any physical server infrastructure, avoiding both hardware purchase, maintenance, and secondary license costs. And it gets the job done excellently supporting not just Windows environments but also Linux and Mac.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Jumpcloud is by far the best, if not the only, solution in its class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a unified user directory for employee running machines with different environments (Windows, Linux and Mac). Most directory solutions may have been ok but where Jumpcloud shines is in it having similar functionalities as the others while also providing the means of using policy-based management of devices. Something others could not do without the need for a physical server setup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their premium support. Although even without it Jumpcloud's hand
JumpCloud - Best directory service in a long time!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud's flexiblity without relying on server after server to link everything together really help simplify the network organization. The Directory as a Service is a great alternative to Active Directory, which has been around for decades! Their Radius servers are easy to setup and allows you to further secure your network. There is a very intelligent MFA that doesn't annoy your employees by knowing that there was a previous authentication and authorizing the login attempt when the system is shut down. Their support is very responsive and I highly recommend the premium support if you're thinking about it. Overall ever since I was introduced to JumpCloud, I knew I had to get our company to this technology if we want to continue to be agile in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since their main competition is Active Directory, they could focus more on linking user groups to a system for file management permissions so file servers wouldn't be needed or have a cloud service file system via AWS or even home grown. The ADMU tool to migrate AD computers to JumpCloud has caused us problems but it was mostly documentation changes to clarify the correct process. Their password reset for user self-servicing could use some attention. It's really scary to a user to get locked out an all of a sudden their user profile disappears on the login screen. I can't really think of any other dislikes right now due to being so overwhelmed with the support and willing to be open to new ideas and changes. JumpCloud really wants to grow with your company's needs not hinder them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the process of moving off our Active Directory platform to jump into the Cloud. This will result in servers we can shut down in AWS further saving us money. Security has also been an issue with Active Directory as being on a hybrid system with AD and Azure, it's caused more issues with authentication, password resets and implementing 2FA. JumpCloud speaks to each computer every minute, if I have a computer stolen or hacked, I can have the access disabled in minutes and with a few clicks, what a time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not hesitate to give JumpCloud a try. Take their first 10 users free and create a Sandbox environment to try it out for yourself. I promise you , you will fall in love with this service and never look back at Active Directory again. Hop on a support call and try out their support and go through their University where they tailor to your style of learning.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I’ve disliked yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certification compliance requirements - centralized management, password complexity, login banners, blocking usb storage devices, etc.
Great for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and integrate with our domain controller as well as our Gmail business account. It also makes it super easy to add users to a machine and allow them to log in and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great tool that has really helped us simplify security and user management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with single sign-on so that users have fewer passwords to remember. It is also helping us with machine/laptop security and setup.
Jumpcloud is simple and great!
What do you like best about the product?
The online tutorials are very helpful and the product is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to know or learn would be if it's possible to sync with 2 other directories (AD and G Suite). The product may do this, but it's not readily apparent in the tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are the speed at which we can integrate apps. We primarily use it for that purpose (SSO). It's seems very flexible and scalable too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great service and a nice options for those in need of SSO.
Great Tool, Good Support
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a great endpoint management tool which allows you to extend your current identity provider infrastructure to your endpoints. With our remote rollout, JumpCloud quickly allowed us to deploy password protected endpoints, with encryption and native 2FA. We now have an almost 100% remote workforce and we rest easy knowing out endpoints are protected and secure.
The policies are useful to ensure that endpoints are installing updates, have appropriate screen locks, and also to enforce Bitlocker encryption w/ the recovery keep available in the UI. We also integrated with Duo for a super easy 2FA rollout.

What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud runs powershell scripts to perform a lot of the policies. We had to be careful to whitelist the JC processes, as well as directories from AV. This was a little but of a pain at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are encryption remote endpoints, extending AD to remote endpoints, and ensuring our password policy is enforced out of the office. We don't want or use a traditional VPN to keep our network safe - so JumpCloud fills the gap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent tool for user and systems management of a remote workforce.
