Jumpcloud the Go to for MSP providers / Small Business setups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to handle all aspects of IT in 1 location. Handles MDM, SSO, Password Manager, Directory integrations, Users, and Devices.
Has a lot of functionality for MSP and even more for small business owners. Allows a simple and straight forward setup for an organization.
Jumpcloud support always provides excellent service and fast resolutions to any problems I have from a Tier 1 level to a Tier 3 advanced issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about jumpcloud is the remote assist program is a little funky to use and could be improved under certain conditions.
The 1 time code is VERY hard to use, I almost always enable the silent assist for the organization and call the user rather then going through the user prompt or the 1 time code sent to the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving the problems of not having a domain controller or a source of truth for SSO outside of Google workspace. It is benefiting me by allowing me to setup SSO, setup directory integrations with Google, and also have a domain like experience for users where their username and password works for SSO applications and their device.

What do you like best about the product?
Supporting integrations with multiple applications and simplifying our IT management landscape. Productivity has been increased a lot and UI is helpful enought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scripts to integrate does not work sometimes due to vendor limited capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This IAM (Identity and Access Management) solution is streamlining the onboarding process for our team by providing seamless access to the various software tools we use daily. It simplifies user management, ensuring that new team members can quickly and securely access all the applications they need with ease, enhancing both efficiency and security across the organization.
As per my view its a wonderfull experience using the app/web it really makes difference.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JumpCloud is its zero touch deployment which makes it incredibly easy to onboard new devices and users. The interface is intuitive and implementation is hassle free.
the features like SSO, cloud radius and patch management save much time, especially for mixed environments. also support is responsive, pricing is reasonable, and I highly recommend JumpCloud for its simplicity and efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing serious to dislike about JumpCloud, but fixing the conditional policies that affect SSO for some apps would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has solved a lot of our IT headaches especially with device management across Mac, Windows, Android and IOS devices. The zero touch deployment makes onboarding new hires faster and easy. while Patch Management ensures devices stay updated without constant manual effort. Single sign-on has reduced password reset tickets and improved security.
Dynamic groups help streamline access management letting us focus on more important projects. It is not perfect but it is definitely made IT management much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the single sign-on feature in JumpCloud, as it simplifies life by eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords for different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the two-step verification. If you don’t have your phone with you, you can’t log into JumpCloud to access applications

It helps manage everything from one place, saving time and improving security.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based Active Directory/AD plus MDM/Mobile Device Management - and a host of other new features? Can't beat the value JC has provided us. Admin Interface is rather clean and intuitive, helping one quickly drill down to specific Use Cases. Tied to our Duo Authenticator, solid solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many when comparing it to the limitations of traditional, on-premise AD. Good overall product.

All of the above listed purposes - in a single Cloud Service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love feature of Mobile Device Management of JumpCloud and Single Sign On Option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. But pricing could be very high for the beginners company.

It is solving users to collaborate at a single place at work and SSO helps people to login every accounts at a single click.

I like this software we are used this tool for device management of lots of time but this tool are best for our users and company

i am no dislike this tool but whenever we used this software multiple time we are faced some issue and my user also faced some issue

Jumpcloud is solved our big problem because most of the time our company employee are working remotly and this time this tool is very helpfull . Jumpcloud software are using multiple opreating system like Window, IOS, Linux and android also. so i am enjoying this tool
