Useful management
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes it easy to keep track of Multiple Organizations for MSPs, keeps us up to date on the latest updates and expiries, and keeps us on the cutting edge of security and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more streamlined user interface with less clutter could be beneficial, though it's not really a day to day problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our users up to date and making sure licenses stay active

What do you like best about the product?
Security Features, easy to use and user friendly GUI

Not as such, as per my understanding i did not find any issue

We are pitching this as MDM with Apple devices
Convenient and Centralized
What do you like best about the product?
It's a one-stop shop for device management across a broad group of use cases. Pretty easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
When managing ephemeral instances they still don't allow you to mark devices as ephemeral and thus have a TTL after they disconnect. That would be a big W in my book.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing user profiles, managing access to servers via ssh keys, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and easy to setup. Being able to control who logs in where is the best. There quick with there support

Ther really isnt much. Wish there was apps that intergrated with it

Single sign on and user to pc management

Avoiding the need to locate people whenever a password is changed.

Up until now, I haven't identified any opportunities for growth.

The use of a generic user account shared by multiple people used to make it difficult to access key platforms, but with JP we've solved that problem.

The user interface is extremely user friendly and helpful when trying to get the jump on things.
I learned a great deal by just poklng around and even more when I did the training that JumpCloud also provides.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is the only thing keeping my company from doing more with jumpcloud. Right now a lot of Saas based systems are doing everything they can to milk as much as possible out of clients and some clients are small businesses that need more of a break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM policies being pushed out to end users remotely.

It is very easy to use and learn, with great support and functionalities.

It is probably the rmm part, it needs more work on the scripts part.

2FA, and SSO
JumpCloud has made logging into various services painfree.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with many services that we use. We use this product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see updates to the Python SDK. The SDK cannot be used in a AWS Lambda function due to EC2 not supporting /dev/shm and the paralllel library.

This provides a SSO for many of the products that we use.

We are moving away from on-prem AD to JumpCloud. The ever-growing feature set has made it a "no-brainer".

None so far. Everything has been going very smoothly.

As we move to a more "WFH" environment, JumpCloud has allowed us to fully embarce a remote work lifestyle.
