What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Axway B2B Integration is its reliability and the way it handles complex partner integrations with minimal manual effort. The platform makes it easy to manage EDI workflows, monitor message flows in real time, and quickly identify errors when something goes wrong. Its mapping tools and partner configuration options are flexible, and once everything is set up, the system runs very smoothly without constant intervention. I also appreciate the visibility it provides across all B2B transactions, which helps reduce troubleshooting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about Axway B2B Integration is that the learning curve can be quite steep, especially for new team members who are not familiar with EDI concepts or Axway’s interface. Some of the configuration steps feel outdated and require more manual work than expected. The UI could also be more modern and intuitive. Additionally, troubleshooting certain errors can take time, because logs are sometimes too detailed or not structured clearly enough. Overall the platform is powerful, but it definitely takes time to master.

Axway B2B Integration helps us streamline and automate data exchanges with external partners, which used to be a very manual and error prone process. Before using Axway, onboarding new partners and maintaining EDI workflows required a lot of coordination and troubleshooting. With Axway, we can centralize all B2B transactions, monitor message flows in real time, and quickly identify issues when they occur.
This reduces delays, minimizes manual work, and improves the reliability of our integrations. As a result, our team spends far less time on repetitive tasks and can focus on higher value activities.

It does seem like a seamless integration and easy of navigation through the stages of integration and it is very user friendly as well. Price point is competitive

The ease of payment gateways especially for a small business such as mine. It makes PayPal more accessible to collect payment. It not only includes PayPal but Apple Pay and others. The fees are affordable as well and the entire process is smooth
