    What do you like best about the product?
    Overall, my experience with Axway B2B Integration has been very positive. The platform is quite easy to use once you get familiar with it, and the implementation process was smoother than expected for a B2B/EDI tool of this scale. I especially appreciate how well it integrates with other systems most of the connections and partner setups work seamlessly without heavy custom effort.

    Customer support has also been reliable and responsive whenever we needed help. We use the platform frequently, and the broad set of features especially around protocols, partner management, and message tracking makes day-to-day operations much easier..

    In short, Axway offers a strong combination of usability, solid integration capabilities, and dependable support, which has made it a valuable part of our B2B workflow
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Axway B2B Integration is powerful, but it does feel quite complex at times. The learning curve is steep, and the interface isn’t very intuitive, especially for new users. Some configurations take longer than expected, and troubleshooting can be a bit cumbersome because the logs and error messages aren’t always clear. Overall, it works well, but it could definitely be easier to use and more user friendly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Axway B2B Integration helps us manage all our partner data exchanges in one place. It removes a lot of manual work, handles different protocols easily, and gives clear visibility into message flows. This makes our integrations more reliable, reduces errors, and saves us time when working with multiple partners

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Axway B2B Integration for its reliability and efficiency. Once the initial setup is complete, the system works seamlessly, almost without the need for constant supervision. The monitoring feature is particularly valuable, providing clear visibility into the system's performance and enabling quick identification and resolution of issues when they arise. This reliable performance facilitates smooth partner-to-partner data exchange and automates B2B transactions effectively, which significantly reduces manual intervention. The system efficiently handles secure file transfers, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) workflows, and integrations with external vendors and internal systems. By doing this, it streamlines data exchange processes, saves time, and ensures that partner integrations remain reliable. Overall, it minimures unnecessary stress and increases operational efficiency.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find some parts of the Axway B2B Integration interface to be outdated and not very user-friendly. Setting things up for new partners can take longer than expected, and the error messages aren't very clear. A more modern UI and clearer guidance would definitely help. Additionally, the initial setup wasn't very easy; it took some time to understand all the configurations, and a few steps felt more complex than necessary. While the system works fine once everything is in place, getting started required significant effort.

The software automates EDI transactions and file transfers, eliminating the need for manual effort. Its ability to handle these tasks efficiently ensures smooth data flow between our systems and those of our partners. I particularly value how everything just works once it's set up; the reliability of file transfers and partner connections is outstanding. Additionally, having the capability to easily track transactions and quickly identify issues is incredibly useful for maintaining operational continuity.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface feels a bit outdated and can be confusing at times. Setting up new partners or protocols isn't always straightforward. A clearer setup guidance would go a long way. The initial setup wasn't the easiest, as getting all the partner connections and protocols set up took some time.
