Very complete platform with good development widgets
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you get to develop virtual assistants with the functionality of drag and drop and the offer of widgets/nodes so complete! I consider it has a good variety of platforms where you can integrate your boy and I really like the use of the API to get a custom connection to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform has lag or doesn't work the right way I suppose for errors in the platform. It would be really great if you could response faster in support tickets submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I'm trying to get data in Automation about some params configured in Contact Center to add some script for a behavior without needing to transfer the call to collect this data.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ui and the easyness of api calls. Accessing test chatbot while building the bot was super helpful. Easy Implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, It can lag for a bit. Would've been very helpful if NLP settings were more basic

Drag and Drop option should be there, so user just pick up from the toolbox and drop where they want.
Connecting the boxes should also be easy means user don't have to open any box to connect any node.

Kore.AI take user's creative questions and the benefit of this is that the user don't have to type too much.

As of now XO11 is a little bit slow and laggy.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform comprises of "Comprehensive NLP Capabilities", "Omnichannel Deployement" and provides the Customization and Flexibility which plays a pivotal role in the robust performance of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concern that I had faced is the system lags a bit ,when ever I perform any NLP configurations sometimes. So, as a enthustiatic learner it will be great hurdle to check with what has gone wrong.

A Powerful tool for Digital Assistants
What do you like best about the product?
It has a really good platform for making conversational AI and digital assistants. This platform can be used for plenty of use cases and also non developers can use it with ease. this platform also integrates very well with multiple channels making it easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the platform can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the extensive features and need some training before we can fully utilize it. apart from that, i have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual effort is one of the benefits. Makes it easier for handling customer support requests across multiple channels. It can handle complex and routine questions which is a boon, integrates with multiple comm channels and even has a capacity to scale up. Personally , I like it.
Incredible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how simple and easy it is to use, plus the fact that it is capable of having so many tools available and complementary such as AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, I didn't really like that it was so complex to use the APIs or that some of their tools had such slow feedback.

It can solve problems of any kind, especially for access to frequent information that companies need about their products.
