Definitely a leader in the Conversational AI space
What do you like best about the product?
Kore is one of the first companies to create a robust and feature-rich experience focused primarily on Conversational AI solutions. Their intuitive UI allows for quick deployment of virtual assistants by non-technical users while still allowing subject matter experts to tweak granular settings to optimize every aspect of the solution. Their multi-tier NLP engine is unmatched by most vendors and can support very complex conversations and context management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe pricing. You get a lot for your money, though. I think some introductory pricing would benefit customers with small volumes and simpler use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai provide a full-fledged platform on which they've developed easy to enable templates (BankAssist, HealthAssist). The ability to use those templates and jumpstart the development of a new virtual assistant while keeping the flexibility to customize down the road is key.
Good experience but a lack of characteristics

The automatic learning and the simple design of the conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of the caracteristics, like develope more advanced code or better forms and functions for them.

Kore.ai has a solid robust platform for building bots that can sit on the channels of your choice. The bot can be complex or simple based on your needs.

There is a learning curve associated since the product is massive and full of features

We built a website bot with Kore for lead gen and informing about the product.
Easy to use platform with not much coding knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Very Intuitive and easy to use. The bot builder is designed as per the bot development life cycle and that makes it easy for non technical guys also to develop bots.

Too many features are there. All might not be useful for every type of role.

Chatbots can optimize the time of the marketing and sales team to generate leads. The AI gives the bot a human touch which increased the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect blend of Conversational AI and Digital UX. Use of usage.

Nothing specific to point out right now.

NLP part I liked it very much. Its control over the conversation and the depth it allows users to design is really good.

nothing much disclikes. Lot of things to learn, but it helps for a better solution

Kore.ai | omni-channel | Cost Effective | Low code Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We do like the omnichannel capability of the Kore.ai XO platform. We can create a single bot that would be replicated to Voice, WhatsApp, FB messenger, and telegram. The best part is it takes just a day, or two to optimise the channel-specific performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the Kore.ai platform components are good. It is more towards the resource/knowledge base structure that needs to be improved. As it takes time to dig and search for most of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a couple of our client problems w.r.t banking services like loan servicing, collections etc. In addition, we're creating an omnichannel bot for various customers, which belong to travel, utility and financial services.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience working on kore ai, especially bot-building things. It looks so appealing how this platform is designed and helps users create chatbots. I have designed multiple chatbots for different purposes, and my colleagues were really impressed with that and also appreciated this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation part should be more helpful and should be updated if there are any changes in the platform. Need to work on some machine learning and AI parts as well. Otherwise, all good.

I primarily work on chatbots, and kore ai helped me with this. It's easy to use and has an excellent user interface. And also, kore ai has a great and helpful community.
Amazing product but you need to know js
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is able to help us build a bot that will allow us to route our customers in the right direction without having to talk to a live person. This bot is easy to update and understand where to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to know JS to be able to customize this bot. If no JS knowldege is around, the bot will be more basic and not as specialized as it can be. The customer also needs to be able to expect delays in building an be ready to sign in again while building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is allowing our level 1 guides to get basic questions answered without having to talk to our level 2 support to answer them. Our containment is up due to this bot.
