What do you like best about the product?
The ace of use , the way everything defined pin application, dialog task, bot action you also have template to speed up your development
What do you dislike about the product?
when we are debugging our application, the error we are getting those are not up to the mark

User frendly, easy to use. Can be used to quickly develop a chat bot

Faced server issues few times. And the limit for batch testing may day must be increased.

Chat bot development is made simple and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Kore.AI is User Interface to create the conversational AI Bot. The Scope is quite open to experiment and Tune.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing such a dislike. But a wishful feature - to have expandable text fields in some places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of Business logic can be applied securely and Enterprise Support System Conversation can be automated for the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Under the hood - Ai technology uses vast Learning Language Model which overtime makes the Bot learn and be smarter on it's own without having to manually train it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Widget is a bit outdated and traditional looking - might need to look into this and re-design depending on client requirements as one size doesn't fit all across different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deflection and overall improvement of customer journey whereby we put Bot/s as our first line of support for our existing and would-be customers. What goes to actual live agents are those that are highly transactional in nature.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great (and free) instructor-led training class that enables a user quickly learn how to build a conversational chatbot from scratch;
- The XO platform provides a comprehensive development environment from designing & building the dialog task workflow to defining NLP training specifics, batch testing, deployment, version control, etc., very easy to follow and progress through;
- The documentation is very detailed and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The integration with openAI / chatGPT for generating an initial workflow still appears to be preliminary; more work needs to be done to make it truly useful;
- Kore.ai needs to show its chatbot is easy to integrate with the voice channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise conversation AI applications, possibly as an add-on to existing UCaaS or CCaaS solutions, leveraging the power of the latest developments provided by openAI / chatGPT.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore AI trainings & documentation are very detailed and easy to learn. Platform is very user friendly and anyone can easily create and deploy the bot after learning the basics. Enabling multiple languages and deploying into multiple channels are easier compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent Escalation implementation could have been better.
Data tables do not support different data types other than String & Integer
Integration to external database is not allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve the customer experience by automating customized responses to consumer intents. Reduce the conversation volume to agents.
