What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that there are lot of in built tools to build a chatbot

Sometimes users suddenly logged out from the page, some services are not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we know AI is growing very fast so, using that developing chatbots will give a good user experience in shorter period of time.

Maybe you should improve the stability of the admin, since at times it crashes or does not save changes.

The best experience is training sessions for basic and advanced level which are conducted by kore ai team

In the kore ai platform i attended a course of building a virtual assistant but it doesn't have any work tab or simple exercises for practice

Starting as low as free. Intuitive no-code development environment and easily extended using Javascript. Dozens of OOB integrations at hand. Hybrid and On-Premise options alongside cloud deployments. Great NLP engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downgrades with the platform. Perhaps a Premium support available for short term use. Integration with Google Bard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easly adaptable to different use cases (internal and external). Great to automate repetitive support tasks and basic help. Great for assisting end users to check status of their cases and to deliver FAQ without frustrating or intricated desicion trees. Works great in Spanish.
