Best in enterprise automation transformation
What do you like best about the product?
Digitate has provided a tool that offers different domain automation with ease of integration with other tools. All the infra, application, middleware, SAP and batch operations can be linked with each other and great contextual information gets available that adds value in operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. The experience is going well so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate is helping us minimize business impact due to underlying infra and app issues. It is a great help when end to end infra, app and batch visualization is available for key measures.

What do you like best about the product?
Providing an automation tool that is easy to fit and offers solution for all types of operational challenges

None as of now. Yet to implement solutions offered for all types of operational needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did a POC and ignio has demonstrated high operational benefits leading to manual effort reduction, and reduced MTTI and MTTR.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product suite and catered improvements for its customers!
They care for the customer and take regular feedbacks to identify any pain areas and consult to mitigate the same using Ignio suite

Nothing as of now. Would require easy access to reach to the consultants in case of emergencies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ignio mainly helps withh all our infra automation requirements, freeing our critical employees from mundane tasks and increasing resolution time. Majorly, incidents and service requests are being automated using Ignio Suite.
Workload Manager helps with understanding batch job dependencies, which in turn helps to identify Root Causes and bottlenecks quicker.

Errors for data received frenquently and allows me to check SAP as I have no actual tools to interogate Data being reveived from other systems

I thought that the times we needed support it was available.

Weekend issues were sometimes hard to resolve.

Automation routines and it helps us to have a quick turnaround on project requests.
Ignio for Alert Correlation and Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Alert correlation and trending, along with the ease of integration with our existing monitoring tools. We have also implemented some workflow automations and look forward to implementing more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be difficult to navigate initially and is not immediately intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ignio has provide us improved insight into our operations through alert trending and correlation. We have also implemented automation of several tasks and identified other's for future automation. We also look forward to leveraging Ignio for baselining our application/systems performance and capacity planning.
