IT Operations Automation
What do you like best about the product?
An effective enterprise platform that allows us to automate a broad range of IT Ops processes. Key initiatives that we have worked on focus on IT Landscape monitoring, end user onboarding and offboarding, SAP monitoring, self healing. We have a strong Digitate implementation team supporting our automation journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking for more out of the box functionality.
More automation around the deployment of required pre-requestes (e.g. deploying server pre-reqs).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of multiple IT Operations processes.
Ignio a great tool to monitor and support your environment
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for our needs. The Digitate team that we work with are great and quick to respond to our questions and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. We continue to grow and understand the usability aspects of the tool for out needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ignio is helping us detect major and minor issues that affect the usability of our environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Ignio helped us to automate server monitoring requirements, this helped our support/monitoring team on reducing manual work we used to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today we haven't identified any issue with Ignio tool, it would be great if new opportunities for Ignio implementation can be discovered.

What do you like best about the product?
Ignio helps for automate infra related requirements, and reduce the major chunk of work, incidents and service requests are being automated using with ignio.
With the help of ignio DWS tool, helps to analyse the repeated incidents and helps to mitigate the further related recurring incidents happening in the environment.

As of now we haven't faced any issues with ignio, current ignio product team and support team is reachable and meet our requirements.
Only improvement required is frequent visit on client site and explore ignio opportunities to client.

What do you like best about the product?
Digitate resouces are knowledgable and has made our journey thus far easier than most similar implementations. Their willingess to listen and improve is an asset

Digitate's flexibility perhaps added time and complexity to some phases during our deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate's Ignio platform is being used to replace an existing solution which monitors the health of key systems and processes in our IT landscape. An additional value is potentially the use of automation to address resource intensive, mundane tasks.

I really liked their out of box features. It helped us to deliver faster

I have not come across it yet which can make be dislike digitate

We have many use cases running in production. it have helped us to reduce 40K-70 K incidents in a month

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved enterprise availability visibility, automation of ticketing and access to a variety of trending data.
We have been able to automate for basic recovery and health check scenarios and have a large number of future use cases in the queue for development and deployment.
Further development opportunities to leverage correlation and predictive analysis features will drive true enterprise operations efficiencies and Availability Management value.
