What do you like best about the product?
Ignios support team is always there to help with any issues and their dedication to providing top level service is clear. They’re a big part of what makes Ignio work so well and their hard work and commitment to excellence are really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding automation to a complex security environment is difficult. With so many things to consider, finding the right balance between automation and security can be tricky and this has been a difficult part of our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive admin tasks that have been overlooked when rolling out services.
Generating insights into relationships between items with information stored in disparate systems.

Once deployed, it is difficult to change unless there is an ongoing development effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Greatly improved operations in reducing amount of manual processes, and significant potential to increase utility and continue improvement. Team is very knowledable and provides needed client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases take longer than expected for implementation due to time, resources, and complexity. Documentation has room for improvements. However, overall, have not faced any major issues with Digitate, and the product and support teams are always reachable and meet requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling of alerts and automation of various IT operations processes
Increased performance of support and operations teams

What do you like best about the product?
The Insights reports and statistics presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Maps section is complicated, we have hover our mouse to view info in the cyrcle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not seen yet except for the Insights reports and statistics.

What do you like best about the product?
- Capability to support any automation project
- Capability to provide on-going support to existing automation modules
- Capability to provide resources in scale if required
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, the other automation tools may be better candidates if you are simply comparing the tools considering the amount of investment done by the major RPA companiese. Ignio comes with the huge man-power behind to support automation projects in your organization, which must be a big difference in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolved one of the repetitive tasks we need to do and Digitate solution has saved us a huge amount of time from the tedious work we need to perform regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
Around the clock support/work available. Good updates on progress provided in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feel that some of the work that Ignio does is redundant, that we have other tools, but that there's pressure placed on people on both companies to see automation happen even if it's not providing a true value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate with the use of Ignio is valuable in removing noise from our systems, ensuring only important alerts and information are passed on as tasks for humans to look at.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited potential in AIOps and Automation.
Support and development has been very responsive.
Centralized event and automation fundamentally makes sense.
Currently realizing basic event management and integrations. However, the tool seems to be very capable and we look forward to realizing more benefits over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were more off the shelf integrations and implementation playbooks. However, the team seems to be very good at accomodating custom needs and requirements to adapt as appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently realizing event deduplication, categorization, correlation, and centralized console with various integrations with many different disparate monitoring tools.

1. Ignio offers a solid foundation and strong potential for long-term value in streamlining IT operations, driven by its Observability and AIOps modules
2.A key strength is tool’s adaptability—it doesn’t impose a rigid framework, making it easy to align with various use cases and tailor to our unique workflows
3.The client services team have been excellent—knowledgeable and experienced, they’ve ensured a smooth and efficient implementation
4.Digitate is constantly striving to improve their product and services by listening to customer feedback and suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Depending on the use case the initial pre-requisites set-up can take long time
2.Faster ticket resolution and timely delivery of enhancements would help maximize the value of the tool
3. Documentation could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Automated monitoring, incident creations, noise suppression and self healing the incidents
2.It is making our processes more streamlined and giving us more visibility to pain areas

What do you like best about the product?
Allows teams to self-service and includes error messages for users to understand next steps when errors occur
What do you dislike about the product?
Not familiar with it's monitoring capabilities; we often run into concerns and roadblocks around how much access the tool requires to meet an improvement opportunity. This may be preventing us from using to full potential (read / write to tables) because we can't justify the risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service for ops; ability for operations to update parameters without needing to engage IT; Ability to reduce workload for IT team for frequent / repeatable tasks
