Pro active and risk management Uapproach.Upgrade companies IT operations process and technology life span that is most important in modern era. It converts threats into opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now it's prebuilt knowledge portal and automated approach is very impressive there is no such thing to dislike about the product. Hope to see further modifications.

It assures identifying the risks and understands the companies IT cycle. Company became digitally proactive and changes efficiently. It improves customer experience and provides value for money.

it is very good tool for DBA's to automate few daily activities and it will close automatically the incidents after resolve the issue

need more improvements on the tool to utilixe for all technologies.
