What do you like best about the product?
Features and ability to reuse code. Ability to run Ignio on prem.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is not the easiet. Also monitoring could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating manual repetitive processes, avoiding impact to applications and end users, and saving effort hours and cost.
Review of Digitate Ignio SAAS tool
What do you like best about the product?
HCSC contracted Tata Consulting Services since they bring a full scale Automation/AIOps tool along with their Production Support deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while for the Digital Ignio tool to set it up. May be because it was a SAAS tool hosted outside of our internet network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is doing front-end automation using AI bots. It is also doing web based/database/server automation use-cases. Overall, I believe it can handle many different kinds of automation strategies

Sometimes, new automation development timelines can get skewed and thrown off.

Digitate has helped in streamlining our value realization approach for IRIS ticket automations. Through their various integrations, reporting on a quarterly basis has become an ease.

Not everyone is aware about the tools, so awareness program should be conducted for Digitate tool

Nothing. ignio has enough potential to solve this kind of issues efficiently.

Order status mismatches between multiple systems. ignio helps identify the order issues before it impacts the end user.

We recently moved from Ignio from another tool for event management because of its ability to do closed-loop automation, provide advanced noise reduction capabilities along with 360 degree visibility.

Learning curve is steep for IT teams to fully utilize its capabilities

Using it to resolve chronic incidents, reducing time that support agents spend on resolving repetitive incidents

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to deploy and end to end advanced workflow automation to enable a new feature for employees and eliminate the manual process using Ignio.

Due to data issues in our organization, the bot we built has run into unexpected failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ignio is solving the problem of employees taking unnecessary training. Now, they can request the removal and have it approved by the correct stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Ignio has provided us with many benefits in automating the business processes by reducing efforts from the support team. Automations like access management, disk cleanup, server restarts, and monitoring are some of the use cases that have yielded reductions in tickets, support costs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the platform gets new features/upgrades, it takes longer for implementation. The changes should be well communicated to customers.
