What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's team collaboration and workflow management features incredibly beneficial, especially when it comes to task assignment and message approval workflows. These features enhance my team's ability to collaborate effectively, ensuring smooth and coordinated efforts across different projects. I also appreciate the customer care and help desk integration that Sprout Social provides, which further supports my team in managing interactions efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very fast, which made transitioning to this platform hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited automation features in Sprout Social frustrating. There are fewer automation rules available unless I upgrade, which impacts my ability to streamline our workflows efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for task assignment, message approvals, and integrating customer care, enhancing team collaboration and workflow management.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly beneficial for publishing and content scheduling, particularly enjoying the advanced post scheduler that supports manual queues. This feature helps me manage my content efficiently, allowing me to plan and schedule posts ahead of time seamlessly. Additionally, I appreciate the digital asset library which enables the storing and reuse of images, streamlining my content creation process. The inclusion of AI features, specifically the AI assist for content, enhances my user experience by assisting in content creation and streamlining my workflows. Overall, these features make Sprout Social a valuable tool in managing my social media tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the steep learning curve for new users challenging. The interface can be overwhelming initially, which might pose difficulties for those unfamiliar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social listening and to avoid missing customer messages. The advanced post scheduler aids in publishing and content scheduling. The digital asset feature and AI assist streamline content creation and management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social for its straightforward and efficient features that make it incredibly easy and simple to use. The platform excels in allowing me to schedule content to multiple platforms effortlessly, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. It offers a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface for adjusting the content calendar, which simplifies the content management process. I also appreciate the capability to duplicate posts and the flexibility to schedule stories, adding to the platform's versatility. The initial setup was seamless and efficient, as I was able to connect to the necessary accounts immediately. Overall, Sprout Social stands out as the best CMS platform I have used, making me rate my likelihood to recommend it a perfect 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that I can't schedule multiple stories at once without requiring a mobile publisher. Additionally, the mobile publisher feature needs improvement. It would be beneficial to have a section within the Sprout Social app to access posts that have already sent a notification, as it is easy to miss notifications. I have experienced situations where I missed a notification, couldn't find the scheduled post within the app, and ultimately lost the post. To avoid losing posts assigned to a mobile publisher when notifications are missed, enhancements in this area would be appreciated.

I use Sprout Social to easily schedule and organize content, allowing for efficient multi-platform posting and simple calendar management. It streamlines reporting and scheduling, enhancing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has made managing our social media accounts much simpler. We have accounts on Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, and we often need to post to all of them simultaneously. With Sprout Social, I can share the same content across all these platforms at once, which saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find frustrating is that I can't enable monetization for YouTube directly through Sprout Social. Instead, I have to log in to our YouTube account separately to activate this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses my time management challenges by streamlining the process of posting to social media. It simplifies and clarifies our posts, allowing both me and my team to work more efficiently and complete our tasks more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about sprout socia to me is the reports feature. How easy it is to check on your social profile health and your post health. It also is always improving and getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Instagram reel upload feature is severely lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social helps me schedule my posts and not have to worry about poring individually. The listening feature to detect major shifts that may be troublemaker if I post is huge also.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is extremely user-friendly, which is essential for managing the more than 40+ social media pages I handle daily. The ability to upload content directly from the mobile app has been a game changer for my team, as they are out capturing content every day. I also really appreciate the different calendar features. I find myself spending about 90% of my workday on this platform and love how I can do everything from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I rarely experience any issues with Sprout Social. On the few occasions when a problem arises, it is resolved quickly, thanks in large part to the user-friendly customer service chat. I also value having a dedicated account manager available to contact whenever needed.

If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be the ability to view the full calendar and all posted content from that month directly in the mobile app, as this feature is currently only accessible through the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all my social media pages from a single platform is incredibly convenient. Having one central location where I can view and respond to comments and messages makes the whole process much more efficient. There's just so many things I love about it!

I would love if it had more AI features like AI reporting etc. Anything to optimize performance and stay ahead.

Weird report breakdowns: lifetime/reporting time is hard to get used to, for example.
Influencer feature is too basic.

SM management (scheduling/publishing/boosting, community management, reporting).

All platforms in one, great especially for organic management and results --> faster and more efficient than others.
