What do you like best about the product?
The thing that we like most about Sprout is the ease of use. The dashboards are very intuitive and allows for seamless integration into our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have, in the past, found it a little difficult to get what I need when I have a billing/payment question or need to switch account administrators, things like that. We ultimately get there but I feel like it takes a bit longer than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a higher ed institution so Sprout allows us to monitor what our current and prospective students are saying about us. This is a very important part of brand management and customer service.

Moreover, the post scheduling feature stands out as particularly beneficial, streamlining the process and making my social media management tasks more efficient. I found the initial setup very easy, which added to my positive experience with the platform. Overall, I think almost everything works well in Sprout Social, enabling me to handle my responsibilities conveniently without any significant challenges.

Effortless Social Scheduling for 24/7 Coverage
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can plan posts for the future so that all social accounts are getting posted on every hour, all 24 hours of the day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if I try to repost something with the same caption, the post will fail. Sometimes we like to post things multiple times, so it's frustrating when it fails.
Also, I dislike the new feature that adds Sprout tags/labels to the post. Especially for breaking news, it can be a hassle to add labels when we are rushing to post on social media as soon as possible. It just makes the process longer than it needs to be because we won't be able to press send without at least one tag/label.

Having us be able to post on our social media accounts when we aren't working and also being able to space out all the posts throughout the day!

Having an all-in-one design is beneficial for scheduling posts across platforms, managing content, and messaging purposes.

There are a ton of features so if not well versed can be a little overwhelming to learn.

Getting content on all platforms was a hassle before but now is super easy thanks to Sprout.

It's ease of use and ability to post to multiple platforms.

When posts fail -- sometimes it's not Sprout's fault, but would like more information on what causes that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule content in multiple ways across various platforms with Sprout Social. The feature allowing me to easily duplicate content streamlines my workflow tremendously, and the simple approval process makes content management seamless. I also really enjoy the capability to create dashboards and schedule them to be sent out to different audiences. Engaging with content is particularly satisfying with the ability to like and repost through the inbox feature. The efficient functionality allows me to perform my job effectively and demonstrate the social team's value to external stakeholders. Our small team is empowered to produce content comparable to larger companies, managing social media pages with millions of followers without the noticeable difference. The timely integration of new features, such as Blue Sky, is another reason I find Sprout Social valuable, as it allows us to grow our presence on emerging platforms quickly and efficiently. The analytics features are particularly valuable, enabling me to track success comprehensively and provide stakeholders with insightful reports. Additionally, the suggestions for the best posting times help enhance the reach and effectiveness of our content. Sprout Social also stands out in its reliability, with minimal issues that require reaching out for support, unlike previous platforms we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of adding UTM tracking parameters to social posts in a consistent occasionally challenging. Often, people submit content and create short links too quickly, which leads to forgetting to include UTMs. It would be helpful to have an automatic inclusion feature for UTMs to ensure successful tracking of how people engage with our content across different platforms. There's a limitation with Sprout Social regarding our Instagram presence. Sprout's version does not fully support some features like a LinkedIn bio link that Later Social offers. This limitation requires us to use another platform and hinders our ability to manage all aspects of our social media from Sprout Social alone.
