What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to search for phrases from a call as well as review the percentage of time I spent talking vs.the prospect/customer
What do you dislike about the product?
there is really nothing I dislike, it is a fantastic product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize gong weekly in my 1 on 1's with my manager. My team will share gong calls to provide examples of good talk tracks

Keyword search post-call is an awesome tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing at all. Great product, easy to use.

The whole transcript part from video calls helps so much and fact that it is searchable is amazinf.

The UI can still be improved .Need more integration with crm

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has the ability to pick out keywords in conversations so I am able to easily find specific phrases and words in 60min+ conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls take a couple minutes to analyze (but that's expected). Really, no complaints.

The ability to go back and review calls with my team + find key info in long conversations to use for future sales calls

With gong, you get a full analysis of your conversation.

Sometimes it does not separate the categories into what the correct category should be.

Sales is always changing. Being able to analyze your calls and improve on what you can is a game changer.
Best Sales Tool Ever
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool is being able to go back and listen to a sales call where you may have missed important notes or talking points. Also, the ability to search for keywords saves you a ton of time. This is the best sales tool I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the use interface can be clunky but they are constantly updating the versions so I'm sure this will improve as the product matures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales calls and notes. It saves me a ton of time and let's me review conversations.
Great For Coaching
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that I can go back and listen to each of the demo's I complete. This not only helps me in getting better to perfect my craft but I am able to see what talk tracks lead to the best buying questions
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any issues with this.

Gong is helping me get better as a sales rep which is super important.

Training ability to review my own calls, colleagues and tag my manager at tough spots.

Can be time consuming, but worth it. Need to create a process that we use Gong on a continual basis.
