Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to reflect on my calls well. I like how it allows for comments on the side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how to breaks down the calls into categories because they are frequently incorrect.

Gong- Useful and Educational
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and clarify notes, as well as use it as an educational tool for future web meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only knock, the voice in the beginning. Disrupts the convo and the flow I am making the customer. Plus prospects may think it's weird, but its not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reclarifying my notes, and making sure the commonalities I get meeting from meeting help me in the future. Crisp and clean notes.

Very useful to everyone for clarifying notes in sales meetings!
Gong is super valuable for sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
I love the percentage of who spoke on the call. We use this after calls to review what was said, how our prospects answered questions and to do sales training. I use it every day
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I find it really easy to use and intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales training, review of past calls, supplements note taking on calls, learning from other reps. I think it's helped me improve my sales skills and close more deals

Gong is super helpful as an AE to listen to my own calls, receive feedback, and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but apparently I'm going to need to write more here to sounds less biased. If I could change one thing, I'd prefer less emails from Gong and a shift to Chrome push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides transparency and coaching opportunities in a seamless manner. Being able to look at my own sales presentations with the material on screen is important.

That is shows up on the GoToMeeting and that it can not dictate my key key points in SF so I font' have to do notes.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily Gong syncs with Salesforce and zoom to capture all of our calls and demos that happen. Great for the team to have a repository of calls with advanced data to analyze their performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're having trouble getting out ream to use the sharing and commenting portions of the tool, our problem and not Gong's :)
