Gong is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to take less notes, I can always go back and review what was said by the customer. It also allows me to share important information with other colleagues and share with the customer as well. It means less rescheduled meetings because the customer can share the call with other people in their internal organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an edit feature, often when Gong first joins the call there is a few minutes before the customer joins. If I need to send a the customer a link to review the call, they have to hear the silence or internal talking before the call really gets started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Gong to help solve customer disputes, when they say we committed to something we can play back the recording. I've also stopped taking notes during the call which allows me to really focus on what the customer is saying.

Loving Gong for my own sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Gong and the ability to navigate through historic calls. As a sales rep, this is prudent to refresh a conversation or take additional notes. One of my favorite features is how much I talked compared to my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform doesn't record my calls. This has only happened once or twice in many many months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Additional notes. Refresh on a conversation. Improving on listening more than speaking more. Searching for keywords. Listening to my peers and how they are overcoming objections, positioning our solution, and conversating with our buyers has also been invaluable.

I love to be able to review my demos as well as my colleagues conversations with customers. It provides excellent insight into what we're doing at Kareo.

Gong is an excellent service that provides quality sound recordings of calls.

I do wonder if Gong could provide more easily accessible transcriptions.

Forgetting what a prospect said - can easily scroll through the call.
Use it as an SDR to see how calls go with my AEs
What do you like best about the product?
That it shows at a glance the flow of the conversation breaking it into chunks

Nothing to dislike currently, maybe that I can't watch a live call and have to wait for it to b processed.

Allows knowing what makes a good and a bad call. Shows where you need to better your skillset.

My company is very happy with gong. Since I started people have been talking about how great it is!

What do you dislike about the product?
no real disllikes on this product. I it is really easy to use and always does what it is supposed too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I ever run into a problem where a customer says I said something in a demonstration. I can always go back and resolve the situation by listening to our conversation
Actually helpful insight
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can search for specific things that were said during a call, organize by keywords and common fillers is truly a game changer when it comes to reviewing my work with my Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't sync with our other software, which leads to calls not getting recorded. But I'm thinking it might be an internal error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze how quickly and effectively I'm driving value to prospects.

Go back and listen to calls, gong is the best notepad. they're pushing new features all the time as well.

no complaints - i used to get frustrated that they dont have a mobile app but they just released one

I love how I can come back to my calls and check for information that I may have missed / forgotten, as well as gauge peoples' mood afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find my calls - I use the search function but it doesn't always find them and I need to manually scroll through my call logs.

Reviewing data to make sure I'm capturing all information and the prospect's buying attitude ; using my calls as my own personal training resource to send my peers.
