What do you like best about the product?
It is a brilliant product.
All of our sales people surprisingly love it. We were afraid they will be worried about the level of accountability it exposes them to , but they love it.
It improves productivity , it allows us to go back to specific calls and assess specific parts of it.
It is super valuable when it comes to saving training time.

nothing specific that I can mention at this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of Sales personal training I can do with Gong is at least 5X then without Gong , most likely even more so it solves the problem of lack of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
try it for a couple of weeks and assess the impact on the sales organization.
dive deeper in to their training to learn how to use all the benefits. I'm sure Im just scratching the surface and can probably get even more value from it.

Can't remember life without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with SFDC, easy search functions, allows teams to be totally transparent with each other, great training elements
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better integration with other telephony/dialer tools

For training, it is priceless.

What do you dislike about the product?
the way that it joined calls in the past was a little weird - it would join the call 15 minutes early, so if you were on back to back demos, you'd have a random "person" join in for the last 15 minutes of the previous demo and interrupted the flow.
now we have the option to choose how much earlier they join the call so that's been fixed.

Nothing really. It's a part of our sales toolkit.

Finding the most important part of "what needs to be improved" for each AE

What do you like best about the product?
Often when you join a new team, you spend a lot of effort trying to track down calls to shadow and it can be tough to manage the schedule. Gong gives you the ability to listen to the best calls when it's convenient for you, and scroll through the content so you can re-watch/listen to important parts. It automatically records every GoToMeeting call as well so low-effort to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to sort and filter through the Gong calls, but I think that's likely limited to my knowledge of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem is ramping up new sales people quickly, and improving upon calls continually. I've felt that I got ramped much faster than I would have without it, and learn our customer language.
As an AE, Gong allowed me to cut my ramp time to days instead of months.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for specific parts of the sales cycle within a call. The ability to study top performers. The ability to fill the small holes in my day with listening to calls. The ability to hold my manager accountable to coaching me on areas of weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the product. As someone who worked for 2 major companies in the sales enablement space, I find this to be one of the most disruptive and beneficial sales products out there.

Incredible for Ramping AEs!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can easily see how much I've talked vs. someone else. It's also incredibly important to see the topics discussed so I can narrow in on how I can improve. It's also perfectly integrated with SalesLoft so it follows me everywhere. Because of this I can always listen back to calls for recap e-mails and advance deals forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of much.They are such great partners and are constantly innovating to find new ways to help not just individual reps but our Managers be better coaches and mentors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My ramp time has been greatly decreased. I'm able to be more aware of the things I'm saying and how that has an impact on end results. It was also a great resource to listen to more veteran AEs on their demos so I could hear the flow, main topics they were discussing and how they handled objections. Because of this, I started the role more prepared and able to get up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Gong for my Sales Development Team and it has become an essential source of analyzing our prospecting methodologies .
It allows reviewing and improving our techniques constantly.
For on boarding it is an absolute must!
The ability to search for any keyword is very powerful.
Feature requests are taken seriously and are added quickly.

I'm using Gong now for over 6 month and haven't found a single flaw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're constantly trying to improve the SDR performance and Gong provides not only insights on call volumes but also excellent customer service.
My new hires get ramped in half of the time by just listening to calls of their peers.
When Opportunities get pushed out it very much helps to be able to go back and listen again to what has previously been discussed.
