Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of what topics you touched on per demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of getting clients on. I feel that needing to have client call in and then have access to the call does make it kinda weird and long for them. I feel that it would be much better if all they had to do was get on the call with you and the call was being recorded rather than having to hang up and call in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the quality of each demo.

Easy to use and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who is talking, and what each person is talking about makes it easy to navigate the important parts of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the discussion topics are way off but usually they do a good job of picking up what is being discussed

Call training and coaching
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking for a call coaching tool this is it. It is also a great way for you to go back into a call and see what was said and highlight things that went well or poorly.
I use it even on the SDR side of things in order to get a better understanding of what I need to say when attempting to get other folks from that organization on a demo. I would highly recommend the tool and I use it daily. It integrates with a variety of technologies as well which allows a variety of users to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Gong is transformational to a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I have ever lived without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is amazing for any inside sales individual. It breaks down every call, from how much time you allow others to speak, to how often you use words and you are able to bookmark times and create notations allowing for really easy management/peer review and discussion. I cannot imagine anyone not falling in love with Gong.

gong has excellent reporting, saves times, makes QAing calls so much more effective and efficient!
Extremely helpful tool to analyze calls
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! I don't need to do anything and all of my calls are transcribed and analyzed for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I am able to refer back to training calls to make sure that, when I follow up, I am sending all of the relevant information to our customers. It makes it easy to parse through the call to see where people asked questions and it also makes it easy to share the recordings with our customers!

analyzing feature - allows for users to quickly find the portion of the recording that is most relevant

the time it takes to load to listen to a live recording

understanding of our clients needs for future engagements - there is no better way than to hear their problems, needs and plans straight from their mouths and being able to mark the time so revisit and respond

Doesn't catch "you know" as a filler word

Now all calls are recorded since I always forget to do that. Helps with training new people

What do you like best about the product?
That you can gain insights into your call so that you can recalibrate your approach going forward. meaning, how much time do i spend talking vs the customer. what key words am i using. and the fact that i can also add notes along the call to recall specific portions for future reference or to share with my team for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. I have been able to use everything exactly the way it was intended to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
improving my own process to be a better sales person and the fact that as a team we can use each others demos to improve.
