What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and very beneficial for immediate call review
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to customize as much as I'd like but they are working on more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call coaching and troubleshooting issues that customers are having.

Gong makes working easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can reference any call at any point. Not to mention it makes it super easy to share internally and with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that when you are sharing calls with customers it automatically sets a 5 day time period before it expires. We'd prefer for our customers to always have a place to listen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to review internal communications among various teams, review customer calls to prep for upcoming meetings, and being able to share so everyone can be on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Really cool how quickly each call is added to the portal. Great tool for assessing myself and seeing what I could do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much I would change. Sometimes if a call I had scheduled doesn't end up happening, it will still show up in the portal with an error type warning but that makes sense and don't see how I would fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning what I do wrong during call and am able to listen to my more experienced colleagues' calls to see how I could improve. It's not like I can assess myself during a phone call, so this has been a great tool for that.

It's great to review your sales calls and possibly revisit some things you missed in your meetings

Nothing really, very easy to use, but maybe it's the live call delay that may be a disadvantage

Identify the needs of your customers. Benefits would also be the ability to listen to call of other successful folks.

Gong is super helpful and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend

Nothing really. Only complaint would be that sometimes the wait time to get your calls ready to review can be inconsistent

Sometimes keyword tags are off - this is not too much of a problem but can lead to manually searching

Use this instead of recording just the audio with no analytics.

Sometimes it does not record all of my meetings and I cannot go back and reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review my own calls if I miss a detail is critical. It has also helped me grow into my role as a new salesperson by being able to Frankenstein my sales approach from my listening to my coworker's approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder can double up in a Gotomeeting and then my next call is not recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better onboarding for newbies. Better detail tracking when you forget what was last said. Also records for when numbers are attempted to be fudged in negotiations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best way to see how your people are operating and how they are relating to their customer.
