Great and Effective Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the platform is intuitive and works very well. Especially the transcripts, make it easy to follow along during trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you switch calendars the bot has trouble following along, this is most likely user error though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, Monitoring calls, A/B testing strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to review a lot of my calls to pick up on valuable pieces that I may have missed in my notes. It's also great for training opportunities to take your skills to the next level. It also picks up on keywords and segments of the call which makes it easy to navigate to the important parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to be disappointed, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it simple to look back on calls and pick up info you may have forgotten or use them as a stepping stone for training.
Necessary for Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who relies heavily on customer calls for information, I could not imagine not having a way to re-listen to conversations. I try to be present in the moment on calls (which is not always good when trying to take notes) so being able to take notes later is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a lot of different emails about calls coming up and calls happening in the past can be confusing. I would rather get no emails other than to say my calls are ready for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a way to share customer calls and information with members of the account team that aren't able to make it to the call. Having a place to store calls so that anyone associated with the account can listen to them are crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's good to share call recordings - many of my customers find it helpful to have a place to revisit the information - especially if they aren't taking notes (which is common).
Great Technology - Especially helpful for managers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share calls with teammates and managers makes feedback easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript functionality could be better. I was hoping to take less notes and rely more heavily on the technology to do the work, but it's definitely not perfect. Regardless, it's still helpful when you may have missed something during a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to shadow calls and provide feedback retroactively without actually making the time to join a call live.

The software is very unique and the only one with which I'm familiar. It's definitely a game-changer.

Gong allows you to review the game tape for your sales calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complain with Gong is that I have had a few occasions where the recording has started late and I have missed the beginning of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives me on demand access to my calls which helps me tweak messaging and improve my sales strategy.
The Best Call Review Software
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily and instantly review my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works great, and there's nothing to dislike.

Reviewing calls, and analyzing techniques.

At least try it. I think it's a total game changer.
Great tool for new sales executive
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can see the percentage of talk time of each party really displays whether or not you are doing a good job listening to your prospect

Glitchy sometimes and data isn't pulled in

Training and development of sales executives. You are able to ask the questions you want to ask and get the feedback you need when its most convenient for each party involved.
Must Have Sales Tech Stack
What do you like best about the product?
Love the collaborative feedback we can implement as part of our sales review. Gives us an opportunity to go back to details that were initially overlooked during the conversation. Invaluable sales tool that I'd recommend adding to any tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of time for call records to wrap up but this will be resolved as time progresses with the technology.

Allows for a better collaborative coaching effort from management.
Love Gong
What do you like best about the product?
Insurance, I love being able to go back in time. As a sales rep we are constantly trying to be more efficient. Sometimes if I am backed up, it's hard to have all of my notes put together before the next call. This is a way for me to quickly get the nuggets and prep for the next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Gong connects to GoToMeeting is takes up call space. I used to be able to see who has logged in before me, now that's gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening to myself. I talk to much and this helped me visualize and cut out the pontification.
Gong has elevated our sales game
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to go back and listen to my calls post meeting. It helps me focus more on the conversation in the moment, rather than making sure I take detailed notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some sort of AI note taking ability built into the platform.

Call reviews, coaching, sales training.

Make sure that you train your team and embed this software into your sales process. This tool also helps improve forecast accuracy.
